We turned in an application in March. We have also filled out multiple applications since to be able to get a lease. We have not had a lease since March when we took over my In Law’s apartment. Every time we need some thing it’s something new once we turned something, and we have been told that we are not turning it in in a timely manner even though we turn it and literally the next day after we get told what we need.
We have had issues with other tenants dropping off notices of eviction which we have gotten multiple of. There has been refusal to fix anything. We have had our hot water tank, duct taped and put a bucket under to fix a flooding issue. It took them about two months to even actually fix the issue. We have records of whenever we first put in the work order from that and having to put in another work order because it flooded our house and we lost over two grand of clothes for my kids because it was covered in black mold. There has been black mold, painted over in our kitchen area from the flooding. We are in nine grand of rent that because they have not gotten our lease at all every time we ask for a new one day pretty much tell us we have some thing new to turn in.

Ms. ****** is residing in the unit against policy. The business has tried to work with Ms. ******, but she was late turning in required paperwork to add her to the lease, which resulted in needing her to reapply, per our policy. Per government regulations, Ms. ****** and her family may not reside in this unit unless she is on the lease. As far as maintenance issues, these issues need to be addressed by the actual resident of the apartment.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:we are never notified of paperwork needed. We have to attempt to catch the landlord at the office and every time we have done, so then it is brought to our attention that we need more paperwork to be brought in or sent in. We have provided paperwork within a week of being asked for it, sometimes even sooner than that for the most part. The landlord has both mine and my husbands, phone numbers as well as our emails to reach us if she is missing some thing as we have also told her to reach out to us if she needs something else every time we go to the office to see if we have a lease yet she gives us something else she needs.

Please see below and attached documents for the unit. Ms. ****** did not turn in documents timely. We have posted notices regularly with most recently on 10/31. ******** must come in and sign this paperwork for the Interim certification to be in compliance. Then after that is completed, we can proceed with the process further. Please let me know if you need anything else.

I am at Fairway Vista on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8am to 5pm.
I have attached the files as well, Please see the attached files and dates on them . That's why IC 8/1/23 was created to add ***** ****** to household and get them back on subsidy.
But then compliance said, we need to just do IC to get ******** back on Subsidy and we can back date the IC since all the paperwork was completed in June and we didn't get required paperwork in July therefor IC 8/1/23 is created. Still waiting on ******** ****** to come in the office to sign 59 and TIC. Notice was posted on 10/31/23.
