Went to their car wash on 3/4/23 for a wash. Spent the $ was guided onto their ramp and when we were finished my wheel came out scratched. This is a brand new 2022 vehicle no problems , no marks until we went thru their car wash. Contacted the business 5 times No owner will call back. Sent the picture to a workers cell phone not the owner *** *** **** and no one ever got back after the pictures were sent. Called back again owner wouldnt talk stated we hit a pot hole. No scuff marks on the tire an we do not hit pot holes this vehicle is brand new - we take very good care of it. Called back again an worker not owner lied and said his rack was not metal. Dealership checked wheel stated it was from a rack on a car wash & that the new wheel was $1700 itself.
