  First and foremost we always strive to make sure every customer has a great experience.  Mr. ****** contracted us to complete some concrete repair on his home.  We completed that work in or around March 2023 and Mr. ****** then paid the final balance as he was happy with the work completed.  A week or so after the work was completed he called into our office and made us aware he was not happy with the work and had some questions.  We proceeded with sending the production manager and one of the installers to his house to address his concerns.  At the visit we answered questions that Mr. ****** had about the work and we also gave him a price to complete more work he wanted done that was not in the original scope of work, he proceeded to tell us that we should do the work as part of the original scope at which time we explained that you have to pay to have additional work done.

  It was May 28, 2021 they charged me 1908.25 to level my sidewalk and a small part of concrete by my garage side door. They didn't do it right so they had to come back and fix the sidewalk (add more foam). 3 months later i noticed water collecting on the sidewalk. It had sunk! Then i was cleaning my driveway by my garage side door the water was running in a crack (that they created) under the concrete! They should have sealed the crack! Its like they didnt complete the job! So i called them 3 times to come out and fix it. The first and second call they said their "truck had broken down". The third call, **** had come out to look at the problem. He said they would call to schedule an appt. to fix it! No call! I called back again, the lady who i talked to said the same thing truck problems! I told her i would like it fixed before winter. I want them to fix the problem and make it right!

  Work was completed on 5/28/2021 to remove the main trip hazard on the sidewalk per the specifications of the proposal.  (See attached before and after photos) 

  Customer was informed during the inspection process, prior to the crew showing up to complete the work that due to the tree roots raising the concrete walkway so high we would not be able to get proper slope on the walkway away from the front stoop and keep water from pooling between the house and area where the concrete was lifted by the tree. 

  The customer called back in with the concern about the slope of the walkway after the initial repair. We then revisited the job site to confirm that was indeed the case and we then sent the install team back out to install additional foam to try to get more lift out of the walkway. As we suspected we could not get the proper slope but we were able to further level out the walkway to a neutral slope to the satisfaction of the customer who was onsite while the work was being completed.   

  Regarding all of the joints ands and cracks on the property including in and out of the work area. A proposal was given on 5/6/2021 and at which time we explained the benefits and need to to seal all of the joints and cracks to prevent water from running under the concrete.  Homeowner declined the proposal for joint and crack sealing and that is the reason it was not completed.

  while they did tell me the roots raised the concrete and the cracks I had, that isn't what I am talking about. 

  1. they cut the roots

  2. the concrete sank, it didn't raise up

  3. the roots don't grow back within 3 months enough to disturb any concrete

  4. as to the side grage door concrete, they created the crack when they raised the concrete, and now water is draiing underneath the driveway through that crack. 

  Just please come back and add more foam, a little bit, where the concrete has sunk, and seal the crack they created.

  They did my neighbors, sealed all the cracks and it cost her less.
