  ordered a golf disc basket and they cancelled my order and wont give refund

  Thank for your very kindly worded (16+) emails and other methods of contact, and for waiting patiently for our response.

  Your query is why your order was cancelled. Let me just preface this by saying that by using our website, you agree to our terms of service, as stipulated and shown here: ******************************************************

  Section 6 covers the fact that we retain the right to cancel any order, regardless of circumstances.

  Now, with that clear, let me move onto the reason why this order was cancelled:

  You repeatedly violated "SECTION 9 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS" on our Terms of Service.

  This section makes it very clear that: "You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments."

  This was done over not one, not two, but SIX separate email addresses that include multiple fake names, and these were used to leave fake reviews in order to manipulate the gift card rewards system.
  

  Emails and names used were as follows:

  We cancelled your order, and there is nothing to refund, as all of the gift cards were fraudulently acquired, and there was no money spent from any card of yours. Proof of that attached, as well as some proofs of fake accounts used.
