      My husband purchased a bike from Motorcycle Maxx in June 2021, and in May 2022 the engine blew. It is now February 2023 and they still have the bike and we have no answers. First they told us the repair would not be covered under warranty even though it had not even been a year he had the bike. Now they say they can’t find an engine even though it’s been 8 months and I can find one online in 5 minutes. The only solution they have given us is to trade the bike in so they can get even more money out of us. At this point I want a refund for the bike or would like to set up a meeting with the owner and my lawyer so we can resolve this.

      We love to help happy people! First, I must say this is not our customer.  WE have a policy of dealing direct with the customer, Brandon.  When the bike was brought in we evaluated and determined that it had made it 950 miles after the sale until operator error caused engine failure.  We offered to help the customer on a 50/50 basis and initially was told to move forward, then we received contrary information that stalled our effort to help.  Once we made the effort to find a new engine it took several attempts to secure one that was in optimal working order,  Many engines online are sold as damaged or in need of some repair etc.  We wanted a good one!  In any case after many multiple combative and argumentative conversations with Lauren we finally pushed thru and got the bike completed,  It has been done for several weeks and has not been picked up.  Last conversation I had we explained it would be done in a few days and that was over 3-4 weeks ago.
