I order a car part that is used and it doesn’t work , I contacted customer service to return the faulty part as the return policy stated but after asking me whats wrong with the part they never replied , I’ve had reach out like 6 times already by text and emails and no respond, they do not have a phone number to call, only text . Also my husband tried to reach out to them and they did the same to him .Business response

Per phone conversation with business, if it is past 30 days, they will not accept a return. If you go to the main page at their website, there are instructions on how to return the part. Follow those instructions and they will accept the return as long as it's not past 30 days.Customer response
