I found Allphase quality, honesty, and customer service severely lacking. Their subcontractors were reckless, causing significant damage all around my property. When I reported the issues, ****** and Hannas either attempted to fix it with poor quality/ wrong materials, denied responsibility as preexisting or dismissed my concerns as unreasonable, like restitution is asking for too much but in my case I got all 3 at one point or another. ****** will also try to charge you for extra material that wasnt used but he did at least adjust it once called out on it. This has been the worst experience Ive had with a company, reflected in their low rating of 1.5 stars. AVOID Allphase is possible.

This company is overpriced for the under work they claim they will do. When you're in water you want reliable and dependable help, especially when your money and time is involved. This company drops off fans and dehumidifiers for a whole week without checking. They don't honor the appointed time frame. Morning appointments are just before 12 noon. When **** came to pickup equipment, he stated that the equipment was placed improperly and another day would need to dry a certain wall. He appeared surprised when I said no one has checked in a week. When he came back for the equipment the next day he said the company would reach out to me to finish repairs (carpet padding). He said, call if I haven't heard from them by the end of the week. I've called several times and left messages. In the beginning, ******************************* came in like a "Knight in Shining Armor" saying the company would replace carpet padding that was removed and clean and disinfect concrete part of flooring. He said all work and labor was included in the $2,000.00 contract. I paid half down. I believe this company will bill me the other half without completing the job. This is a fairly small and quick repair. Maybe it's too small for the company to be bothered. But they charge a large amount. Why does a company ghost a customer? Dishonest and unwilling to conduct business with integrity.I would not recommend Allphase. They have not lived up to the name.

ALLPHASE DID ABSOLUTELY NO WORK! CONNED MY WIFE INTO SIGNING SOMETHING SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS SIGNING! ALSO THE SALESMAN WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING I SAID! NO WORK WAS DONE AT ALL BY ALLPHASE ANOTHER COMPANY DID PERFECT WORK ON MY HOUSE! BUT THE CON ARTISTS AT ALLPHASE ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME MORE THAN WHAT THEY EVEN QUOTED! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

I will never use nor recommend Allphase to anyone. This is my experience. Forged my initials on the the Emergency Waiver Form. Made multiple requests for copies of the executed contract originally prepared by Jimmy at Allphase. After the work was completed Eric M. at Allphase emailed me the documents and called me to make sure I received them. I told him that my initials were forged on the Waiver form. I pointed out that is illegal. I pointed out that the description on the contract was blank. I stated in my opinion the little 2' by 2' repair took too long to complete. He said he would send Jimmy a message about it. In the past Jimmy has never returned any of my calls. I asked for his supervisors name to push this forgery and contract issue further up the chain of management. He gave me her name and I asked for her last name too. I asked if she had a last name when he didn't answer me. I never raised my voice, I was never rude nor did I take out my frustration out on him but I was firm about wanting answers. Andrew F gets on the line and he is literally screaming at me that I can't talk to his employee like that. I try to talk to him but he is screaming over me and not letting me talk. Then he screams "put your husband on the phone." Ladies take note of this. My husband tells him not to speak to me like that and Andrew is still screaming as my husband hung up on him. Andrew was abusive, hostile and demeaning and should not be interacting with the customers. Andrew F. has threatened customers by stating he records the calls if he doesn't like the review. I'm not concerned if it was recorded. I found this posted by Bridgette S. From Allphase to a customer on a complaint. SCAM ALERT! Do not contact or use AllPhase no matter how desperate you are. I called AllPhase (also known as ********* Fire and Water), when a water pipe burst in my house, causing extensive damage throughout the lower level of my house in Rocky ****** They showed up, and rushed me through extensive paperwork as the water was still running. Eventually, we found the root cause of the pipe and got it blocked off. That same night, they dropped a dumpster off. They brought in two contractors who helped me throw away tons of damaged furniture and household items. They left after that.And I didn't see them again.They did not do anything with the damaged drywall or framing or any other material in the house. I had to hire multiple other contractors to get the job done. Then, they hit me with a $10k invoice after insurance refused to pay them for fraudulent claims.After a deeper dive, I noticed AllPhase has been sued several other times for similar scenarios. They have four active complaints with the BBB and if you dig deeper into other reviews, you can see I'm not the only one.
