I paid for my motel reservationking-size bed, non-smoking, pet-friendly. When I got there and checked in I was told that there was a $195.00 cat fee, I was staying with my cat until my house was ready to move into. When I made the reservation they said nothing about a pet fee. I was told they were pet-friendly. Since I didn't have any other place to go, I paid the fee. As I was taken back to my room, which was supposed to be smoke-free, I felt very unsafe. I went into the room and all I could smell was cigarette smoke. The bed was dirty, the nightstand had burn marks from where someone had placed their cigarettes. I left immediately. I did not stay at all. While the motel refunded my motel reservation amount they did not refund my $195 cat fee. All I ask for is my money back.Business response

Sorry for This types Of Incident at our Property, We always try to not any Problem happen to any our Guest,
I can respond about this Complain only way, I need to more details about lorry"s stay at hotel and Room Number along with the dates, if she can able to call me my Direct line ************ speak with ***, So i can solve her complain faster way. I will try to help her,And if possible get- back refund quickly. But I need more details about her Reservation.
As well as explaining to you and Lorry also, Our property is Pet friendly, It Doesn't mean pet's are free to allow and stay. There are charges for pet"s fees $25 for per pet per night on our website and expedia web sites, if you have service Dog or service Cats are free to stay, But provided Proof of service Animal with the Guest.

This place was absolutely disgusting. My wife is a travel nurse and works 13 hours on her feet, I tried to rent a room here for two nights during a bad storm so she wouldn’t have to make the hour + drive home. She walked in the room and walked back out within twenty minutes after she noticed many many unsanitary things. This company only decided to refund us one night because she didn’t want to try another room out.!!! Would you try another room if you saw… bugs smooshed on the wall, hair in the bed, The microwave was broken and the handle was broken. In the mini fridge was dilapidated and unplugged there was crossed it on dust on the phone. I think the dept of health should pay them a visit. UNSANITARY!! I had to call them multiple times, after a woman working there screamed at me on the phone. No one ever calls back, horrible management, customer service and the property is gross. Also they are promoting false advertising on social media. As you can see the photos on their sites look nothing like these ones I’ve providedBusiness response

Consumer made reservation on Booking.com. The reservation was for 02/24 and 02/25. She didn't show up until the 25th. So that is why she was only refunded 1 night. I have tried talking to her and consumer has refused.

********* *****that is a lie. I have records on my end and the date of pictures prove that again this company is lying. Also the manager lies about being in management when asked. This company also provides false advertising on every social media platform. This should be illegal, as the rooms do NOT match their pictures. Also you can see where others have made the same complaints.
