12-3-21 paid $566.28 for one year alarm service monitoring with Homeland Technology Group 6-28-22 I changed companies and requested that the monitoring service be cancelled. I had not contract with them. I was told that I would receive a refund. After a series of emails I did not receive a refund. The last email was on 7-29-22 and they have not responded. I have not received a refund.Business response

After some research I was able to find the customer and the situation and unfortunately the ball was dropped. Some internal emails were missed which did not allow for appropriate closure with the customer. As of today, we have responded to the customer and sent notification that the refund will be processed and a check issued soon.
