********* ****** came to our home on 3/21/22 to assess a roof leak and give estimate of roof repairs as well as roof replacement. My husband and I hired ********* and Weather Watch Restoration that evening (3/21/22) to do roof repairs in order to correct issues which he noticed that may have been the cause of our roof leaks. He stated that he would try to get out the next day to do the repairs since we were expecting rain soon. We wrote ********* a check (check number 2085) that evening for $200 to cover the cost of the roof repairs. This was indicated on the Materials Specifications Contract which ********* filled out as "Temp Repair". ********* wrote "200.00 paid" next to the words "Temp Repair". He indicated check "#2085" for the amount of "$200" on the contract and signed it on the bottom. ********* cashed the check on March 24. On March 24, ********* texted my husband and I stating that "April 5 all material prices go up 15 to 25 percent!!!! If you can get me a deposit for your roof I will hold that pricing I quoted for you. Let me know asap!!!!!" referring to full roof replacement. We replied that we were still considering all options. We texted him on March 29 asking when we could expect him to do the repairs and he responded "early this week I will take care of it". He never showed up to this date. On May 15, we emailed him asking him for our money back. He responded on May 26 asking us to use text messaging instead and stated "Ok. Will get it back to you" on May 26 via text. He then stopped responding to my texts sent that day and on May 30. I emailed him again on June 4 and he responded "Monday I can drop off a check". On June 6 I emailed and asked what time to expect him to drop off the check and he replied "will write check out tonight when I get home". I emailed him on June 12 asking about the check and he replied "will drop in mail tomorrow". We have not received reimbursement for services paid for on March 21 as of June 22.

I had a complete roof replacement in December 2021. On Friday May 6th it was raining and when I went into the basement there was water on the floor, which was dripping from the rafter. I followed the leak up to the main floor to a closet that houses the metal chimney stack that goes up through the roof. The whole closet was wet and there was water dripping from the ceiling to the floor and then subsequently down to the basement. The leak is originating from around the metal chimney stack, and there was never a leak there prior to having the roof replaced. I contacted the owner Friday May 6th @ 7:51 pm via text message advising of the address and of the leak, I did not get a reply. I then called the owner Monday May 9th @ 2:23 pm and as the phone was ringing he sent me a text message stating he would call me back, I replied "ok" and I never received a call back. On Tuesday May 10th @ 2:45 pm I called again and after a couple rings it went right to voicemail like the call was rejected. I left a voicemail with my name, address, and again advising of the leak and that I wanted to get it fixed before it causes damage, I again did not get a callback. On Wednesday May 11th I sent a Facebook message to the WWR business page as well as the owner's personal Facebook page advising of the leak and that I need it repaired. I received a reply from the business page that said "I'll be out tomorrow", which never happened. There was a storm over the weekend so I put a towel (which is currently soaked with water) in the bottom of the closet to try to prevent water from leaking into the basement. I have tried multiple days, and various types of communication to get this taken care of. I was also told during the quote that the metal chimney stack would be painted with black rustoleum paint, which did not happen at the time of the roof replacement, it was windy so the owner said he would come back when the weather got nicer and paint it, I also advised of that as well as the leak.

Went to the property.  The problem was not the roof but an old metal wood burner stack that came apart. I temporarily caulked the entry way as a courtesy
