The expertise of the staff, the quality of the product and the accuracy of the installation was PHENOMENAL!! From the Salesperson to the Operations Coordinator (**** ********) to the Technicians - the entire team did an excellent job! We highly recommend this company!

While we love our sunroom always so disappointed at businesses standing behind product. ***** warranty on window lock mech. Company charges ****** for service call. So sad....they consider that a reasonable chg to repair something that should not malfunction in that short time span. Businesses.....support your product!!!Great Day Improvements, LLC Response

We understand it can be frustrating to learn that a service call would cost additional but as stated in the contract you signed, there are costs that are accumulated during service that are not covered under warranty. For 2 years there is no charge for labor/service fee. After 2 years a service call fee is applicable. We apologize for any confusion.- The Great Day Improvements TeamReview from Susan S

Patio enclosures did a great job. Our enclosed patio looks fantastic and our cats love their new catio. ******* ******** was in constant contact to let us know what was happening and the installers were very professional.
