We hired Cost saver to do the roof siding and windows the roof and siding went over very well the salesman was amazing and so are the workers we did the windows we called with a few questions the owner got very short and Disrespectful towards us and he would not answer our questions or concerns because there was no resolving it after he constantly degraded usCustomer response

The work that Cost Saver performed took place between March 9-10, 2022. We paid $5,410 as a downpayment, and we owe $12,624, which we mailed to them today. Cost Saver committed to providing us with 6 high quality sliding glass doors and 1 window. They provided us with poor workmanship, and only 2 of the 4 doors open in the correct direction, even though they measured them twice (2 different people on 2 different days). I spoke with the sales manager and he said he would give us a 10% price break given how awful the whole experience was and how bad the work looks. He went back on his word and will only give us that money if we agree to have them do our roof. We had not signed a contract on the roof nor given them a verbal approval on it. I told him we would not have them do the roof, as we couldn't trust them or the quality. I will attach a 3-page document that outlines all the details. And I will attach the original invoice. And yes, I have spoken with the sales rep and the sales manager and they are not offering any price reduction. We need your help to get that 10% refunded to us. Thank you.Customer response

Thank you for interceding on our behalf. Cost Saver's owner called me at 11:40 today and after talking through the situation, he agreed that when he receives our final payment (which is in US Mail now), he will remit me a check for the 10% price break ($1,803.40). Once I have that check in hand, I will let you know. We agreed that we would consider this matter closed and the complaint could be "taken down". I will notify you when I have received the check.
