For the previous Four (4) years, I have purchased many products from this store, which shall include the constant problems with them fixing items, like the Couch, ** Laptop, which the used one had a tracker in it from ******, ** *** violation), Freezer and now, this Classic Flame fireplace. They never fixed the defect on my couch, (Never remedied), ** Laptop, which they said was new, but wasn't (Remedied after a short battle), Freezer (No problems), Set of Craftsman tool set (Rust on bottom of sockets, missing parts), Ash tray (Payed in full). The Couch was payed off early, the additional purchased items was always payed in full each and every month, sometimes before it was due for all those previous years. Had one of their male employees come to my home, wondering when I was going to make the payment on the ** Laptop, which wasn't due until the 3rd of each month. Spoke to the District manager, who was in said store to complain about the contact, saying it was new, but wasn't, making the contract VOID, but the Fraud was made right by him. Now, it is the Classic Flamer Fireplace, being found in contract, was defective from the start. Thermostat wasn't working, waited over Thirty (3) days to have the insert replaced, after several calls and one single email to their online website. Soon thereafter, that insert stopped working, wouldn't provide the heat (Er code showed on insert). Waited for almost Thirty (30) days, with at least Three (3) phone calls to this business. The latter part of October 2022, said store said, they would come out on either Monday or Tuesday. Waited all day, both days, but never showed. On November 1, 2022, I went to the store to complain and make a payment on said tool set. **** asked, they didn't come out to your home on those days?" He said, trust me, *****, I will make it right, I proclaimed that I was not paying anything unless it is fixed. On Saturday, October 5, 2022, which I was given cheaper version, not working now (Er Code).Business response

While looking into Mr. *******'s fireplace issue, we discovered that the ER code was caused by "varying amperage" and power inconsistencies. The insert which we removed for not operating currently on November 5th was tested in our store with no issues found. Our district manager, ***, spoke with Mr. ******* and let him know our findings. My ******* is going to have his outlet checked and repaired.
