We contracted Reliable Pools to install an inground pool that was completed in September 2021. On July 6th, 2022, the pool liner became loose and began falling off around the entire permitter of the pool. This lead to significant wrinkles throughout the entire liner of the pool. We immediately contacted **** (owner)at Reliable Pools to notify him of this issue via text. 7/7/22- Initial text sent directly to ****. He did not respond 7/8/22- our personal contractor reached out to **** via text and he again did not respond. 7/11/22- followed up with another email directly to ****'s email and to the Reliable Pool service account email and neither he nor anyone from the company responded We never received a response from the Owner or the Service Department of Reliable Pools after multiple attempts to contact them to assess or fix the issue. Hello- please find the pool contract attached. The pool had only be installed for less than 10 months when the poor quality of work began to show. Please feel free to reach out with further questions...happy to provide more details as well.
