On March 12,2024 I purchased a ******** bag system for my 2015 Ford F150. I was told with that purchase it would give me a 5 year 60000 mile powertrain warranty. After it was installed on March 25,2024 I went on ******** website to register the warranty and could not find my part numbers, I went back to where I purchased and they tried to contact ******** to clear it up. I was told they would find out and call me. After not hearing from them I went back to Steve’s Vans and my salesman told me my vehicle would not be covered. When I bought the system I was told different. The ******** pamphlet states it does have a powertrain warranty but no further details.Business response

We have spoken to both the manufacturer and the customer to resolve this issue. Our customer is satisfied with our services rendered, but is not happy with the way ****************** advertises their available powertrain warranty. There is nothing listed anywhere about the coverage parameters until you are trying to register the vehicle on their website. We have offered a full refund for the labor and parts, but our customer has denied this because he needs the helper springs. These are advertised to include a powertrain warranty, but there is nothing stating year/mileage parameters anywhere on the website until you're trying to register the warranty. There is also no place to enter the part numbers and vehicle information for the powertrain warranty. The section the company refers you to fill out is for thei* ********* products. We were told to notate vehicle information on the customers receipt so that if a problem were to occur, they would be able to check eligibility. Our customer is happy with his product and our services rendered, but would like to see this discrepancy corrected by ******************. Thank you!Customer response
