  Contracts for home improvements including front porch, roof, and addition. None were completed to satisfaction. I have sent email to Todd Hunt Contracting requesting repair within 30 days of notice of unsatisfactory work and was told he was on another job for 3 weeks. he sent a man to "repair" heat and AC but did not work. Floor and windows are not level. Doors will not close properly ,Doors will not lock. Paint on doors chipping. Only 2 months since it was painted. Roof not NAILED TO ROOF! ROOF shingles can be lifted off roof sides. Room addition floor is bowing beneath the addition. Windows are not level. Garage doors not replaced, screen door not installed, and landscaping lighting not done. Front railings not built with Posts, only secured with screws on deck. Benches not sanded and are splintering. Only one coat of stain on Cedar not two as in contract. Charged for materials that i purchased.

  I have reviewed our agreement with **** ******* and would like to explain our challenges. We contracted with Mrs. ******* originally in October of 2021 to do a roof , a covered back porch roof and to tear of and finish a covered front porch. We did the roof immediately and began the carpentry. She had fired the previous crew. She agreed to and signed agreements for us to also perform some masonry work, a deck ,  garage door trim  and storm doors. She later awarded the masonry and deck jobs to other contractors. She changed the back covered roof to include a deck and then later changed it to a room addition. All after the roof was built. She constantly changed her mind. She ordered windows and then wanted to change one to a door after the windows were in. then wanted to remove a door after it was installed. She told us to stain the trim a color she approved then changed her mind and wanted it lighter but did not pay for buying and re staining the trim. We installed a custom set of benches on the front porch made of cedar. She was offered the option of teak wood at 3 times the cost and chose the cedar which is a much rougher wood but weather proof. Her choice. I can’t find in any of my paperwork where she was charged for the benches. Mrs. ******* was upset because my crew wasn’t there and I found him in her back yard building a swing set that she hired him on the side to do without going through or telling me. I am happy to warranty the roof but this is the first I have heard of any repairs it needs. I am not willing to warranty anything else because she has had several people out after us .  Mrs. *******  has paid me the following, check no. 5196 dated 12/15/21 for 25000.00, check 5197 dated 2/14/22 for 20000.00 and check 5199 dated 4/23/22 for 15000.00. We worked there several times after that and I never asked for anymore money. She also changed her mind on the color of the doors after she chose the paint. She missed several scheduled meeting between us. I am not able to work with or satisfy Mrs. *******. She would still owe me between 7 and 10 thousand dollars for work already performed.
