Member’s Trust incorrectly reported my payment history and router my payment to the incorrect account. I have provided proof that payments were made on time. It has also been confirmed by Jamie T***** and Caitlin H***** that I am not 60 days past due on my payment history. After requesting proof of what is being reported from their end I was denied this request.Customer response

Member’s Trust federal credit union has not resolved my issue. I have submitted a dispute with the credit bureaus as well as contacted Member’s Trust and they have done anything to rectify the situation. The response that was given does not acknowledge my concern or offer any solution.Business response

Due to restriction imposed by the FCRA, I am not able to send account information on our members through this manner. We take our member's privacy and confidentiality of the financial records very seriously. I would be more than happy to resolve the member's concern if she would contact me directly.
