I bought a product off of this website and it was 50.00. I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address because I’m working out of town and I put the wrong hotel address. I emailed them right after i seen the confirmation that i had the wrong address. They never responded. I went on the website and emailed them 5 more times. No response . The next day k get a email saying my product shipped. Then it had in fine print if you have put in the wrong shipping address and your product has shipped they aren’t able to do anything about it. Im beyond upset and would like my money back or delivery to the correct address. Correct address is *** ***** Blvd ********* ******** *****Business response

The address was corrected and reshipped the items to the customer at no cost on Nov 18.

This business does not offer an efficient way to cancel a subscription. I have tried several times and they tell me to enter my email address and that I will receive an email. I still haven't received a response from the company. There is no contact phone number or physical address on the website so I can't call or write customer service. The only option is to email.Business response

We make it easy for our customers to unsubscribe through our website however sometimes their activation email gets stuck in spam, which may have happened here.
This customer reached out to us on June 16th to cancel their subscription and we promptly did so.
I've attached a copy of our correspondence through Zendesk as well as a screenshot showing that their subscription has been cancelled in our Recharge app.
