I purchased a pizza and wings on 11-30 -23 and they arrived an hour and 10 minutes later and pizza was cold and wings were cold and tasted like they were rotten.i immediately called the business and told them I would bring the food back to them even though it was delivered and I wanted a refund but Todd at the store said they have a no refund policy.so no matter what they bring you they never give your money back to youInitial Complaint

This place charged my card twice and refused to refund my card stating that "the manager is not available today". This is unacceptable.Business response

As you will see from Mr. ********* provided bank statement, the charges only show as pending. The second charge drops off from the pending status, typically by the next business day, but it has been explained to us by the merchant service processors we use that certain financial institutions will hold additional funds in case the client chooses to tip, leave a gratuity, etc. We asked Mr. ******* to please show us the statement saying both charges changed from pending to actually posted to his account, but we did not receive a response to date.
