Ecenbarger Grubb received payment july 2021 (we did not know funds were released until February 2022) there was no contact. Work was done by another company. Ecenbarger originally did not want to issue refund then stated 30% restocking fee now stating 25% cancellation fee. Did just receive a check less the 25%.Business response

To whom it may concern
Ecenbarger and Grubb exc provided proposal for upgrade of septic system
customer sent payment this normally indicates acceptance of proposal
we purchased supplies and made reservations for supplies
at this time customers house was not built or close to the stage we would normally install
months later we are informed we had customer had a different contractor complete the job
customers story was title company had paid us by mistake and wanted moneys returned
we returned money by check less %25 as is policy to cover time lost
