I bought a full seasons of fertilizer/lawn treatment service for GSI through Deluxe Lawn and Landscape. He made the arrangements since he recommended them to me. I paid Deluxe $897.93. I have a paid receipt as well as a receipt from Quickbooks. Deluxe cancelled my lawn cutting service but told me that my lawn treatment program would continue since I had paid for it. I later called GSI to inquire as to why they had not treated my lawn. They said that Deluxe had never paid them. I asked Deluxe, on multiple occasions, to return my money. He did not respond to emails or text messages. I just want my money returned.Business response

Ms. ********* has an outstanding balance with us for $1,174.52 Payment from fertilizer applications, which 2 services have been provided at $138.87 leaving a balance of $621.64 from the pre-payment, which leaves a balance with us of $504.70, still owed. We terminated services for ms ********* after 2 weeks of non- communication of obstacles, in our way of performing our services safely and efficiently, one week was a giant pile of mulch and multiple people and tools in the yard, and week prior multiple cars and people in the driveway and yard preventing safe service. Also 50% of the center and side yards were flooded we adviced it could be a water main leak or an irrigation leak, and ms ******** chose to ignore this and just told us to avoid mowing.
we were willing to call this a loss, but since Ms ******** is asking for a full refund on services already provided, we are submitting our invoice that is now due for remaining balance of $504.70. All of our Dow payments are no refundable, but with an out standing bill, and a returned payment, we can no longer turn a blind eye to this issue.
