In the process of chopping down my neighbors tree, they snapped our tree in half! This was done on July-17, 2023, Monday. At the time, they (Brandon S****) promised they would correct this. But when they were done with my neighbors tree and got paid for the job, they were gone. I left message after message, day after day, and was completely ignored. Finally he (Brandon) answered my call, only to tell me how expensive it was to fix our tree and that he wasn't going to do it. He was very apologetic and nice at first, and assured us he was going to fix things, but after he was paid he was very rude and told us he wouldn't.Business response

9.15.2023 BBB called business ###-###-#### spoke with Brandon S****. He said that previously he offered to take out the pine tree and put new pine tree in. He said this offer is still available. Brandon S**** said he does not agree with **** ***** request to be compensated for pain and suffering.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The business owner said he would not replace our tree and I was not asking for pain and suffering! I was asking to get my tree replaced. He spoke to my husband and myself and both times he said he would not replace our tree. He needs to reach out and replace our tree. Our phone number is ###-###-####. Have him call my phone number to make arrangements to replace our tree.
