I am writing this review three years after my total roof replacement. My initial interaction with the team, **************** was outstanding and I felt that not only did they do a great job but were honest, incredibly professional, and courteous. What truly sets them apart and drove me to write this review is their commitment to customer satisfaction. I requested a quote for some additional home repair work from a different contractor and that contractor told me my roof was completely worn out and in terrible shape, despite just having it done three years prior. I called ******* to let him know what I was being told and within three days he and ***** were back to my house and on my roof ensuring everything was OK. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof and ensure that I had peace of mind. They truly stand by their work.And after all of that, they were able to give me a very cost efficient and competitive quote for the gutter work I was looking to complete.I highly recommend Brightside Restoration to anyone in need of roofing services. Definitely recommend working with these guys! They are a one stop shop! Not only did the make roof replacement effortless, they worked with us to get our skylight removed and completely repair internally. It was a pleasure working with Brightside Restorations! To say that this company is absolutely amazing is an understatement, one of the best companies I have ever had a pleasure to work with. ****** is patient, kind, considerate, understanding and beyond fair in price. Words can not express how they kept me informed every step of the way. **** is absolutely the best, just a kind, friendly, with a wonderful personality to match. We had a garage repair and walls replace to do a tree ?? falling on it.I Highly recommend this company they did wonderful service and the employees are amazing and so is the owner ******.They also did our back porch repair due to snow damage.I promise you wont be disappointed.I have a beautiful garage.Thank you Brightside Restoration **********Review from Megan G

I HIGHLY recommend Brightside Restoration for any of your home needs. ****** and his team really came through for me after I had significant hail damage to mine and my moms home in ********. They are very professional and did an EXCELLENT job in dealing with the insurance company and making sure all the details were addressed and completed in a timely matter. The customer service, communication and follow up from Brightside is tops! They worked with getting contractors lined up and the jobs completed. Brightside Restoration is a great company to work with. Friendly staff - upfront - honest - no games - hard working. Our rep worked with our insurance company to get the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They make you feel like you are apart of the family. They do amazing work and are amazing people. They have great communication and great response time. Highly recommend! This company is the definition of high quality service in every way! Brightside Restoration very recently did my roof and fascia repair and I could write a book on all the amazing things I have received going through this company, from the top tier customer service, impeccable work, communication, time management, and clean up just to name a few. ****** went above and beyond to communicate each step of the whole process he set expectations and he and his team followed through with all of them. His handling with every obstacle my insurance company threw at him took a huge weight off my shoulders even finding code upgrades I needed that insurance didnt initially see, I cant thank him enough. I has only been a month and I already recommended someone in need to this company who is receiving the same exceptional service I did. Thank you again!Review from Ryan K
