Through ******, I purchased a case of 12 root candles to put in graveside light. Two would not stay lit. Threw them away. Purchased a second box on July 26. When 2 of them would not stay lit, I called the company on August 11. Was asked to send pictures. I did - heard nothing. Called again on September 8th and, at the request of the company, provided my full name and address. In the interim, emailed the company on September 18 when a fifth one was defective. In the email, I requested credit or a partial refund with the threat of notifying you and I have heard nothing.Business response

I called Mrs ********* ******* on 9/27/23 and apologized for the miscommication and missed emails. We resoved the issue by refunding her purchase that she made on ****** and mailing a check in the amount of $43.03. We are sincerely sorry she was dissatified with her purchase and hope she will continue to buy Root candles in the future. Thank you.Customer response
