On April 7th, 2022, we ordered a new computer from Mavericks Office Solutions. The cost was $13,004.06. Jeffery Bish of Maverick's wanted paid in advance before he would order it. We paid in full on April 7th. On April 22nd I emailed Jeffery to get an update on the arrival of the new computer. Jeffery emailed me back saying "**** we should have this server to you installed next week. We ran behind and had some logistical issues, but we are back on course". Next week came and went. No computer was delivered. Then on April 27th Jeffery emailed me saying there was a death in the family, and he would have to reschedule and would contact me on Monday, May 2nd. I didn't hear from Jeffery so on May 13th, I emailed him to find out what was going on. Jeffery emailed me back stating "Let me check the schedule. We should be able to get this installed by next week. I will get back to you Monday. " On 5/18 Jeffery emailed me stating "Going over the final checklist for the server, we realized the server shipped to us with only 64GB of ***. We ordered it with 128GB. I have notified HPE, and they are going to be shipping the other 2 X 32GB sticks of ***. I feel we should install the *** and test prior to installation of the server. We should see the *** tomorrow. As long as it arrives in the morning, we will still be installing Thursday. If not, this will push us back one day to a Friday install. I will keep you posted. " On 5/20 ******* emailed me stating 'Sorry for the late update. Waited all day yesterday and today, the *** has not arrived. Will try again Monday. " On June 3rd I emailed Jeffery and said "When can I pick up the server? We will buy the *** ourselves and bill you back for it." Jeffery responded in an email "I thought I emailed you last week. Server has been sent back the other *** shorted the motherboard. They are reshipping. I should see it early next week as a priority. Of course, it didn't come. I'm out of room to write and there is more story to tell.
