Late fall of 2021 we contracted with B & D to tear out our existing patio, pour a new patio and seal the finished patio. On 12/14/21 we paid for the job in full plus a 250.00 tip as we were very satisfied with ****'s work up to that point. We discussed with **** that the weather was getting too cold to seal the concrete and he assured us that he would return when it was warm enough to seal the patio. Additionally, during the tear out of the old patio, ****'s bobcat damaged our aluminum wrapped support poll to our awning. He stated he would get a guy out to fix it. On 5/7/22 I reached out to **** via text to see when he was going to finish the job. He stated he thought the job was already done, apologized and asked for our address. On 5/22/22, I reached out again stating we had not seen or heard from anyone. He said **** from ***** remodeling would contact me regarding the aluminum wrapping repair and asked if WE could clean the patio off by the next day. I explained to him that my husband was recovering from knee replacement surgery and was going through physical therapy so he (****) would need to pressure wash the patio first before sealing. I additionally stated that because we have a dog that is outside daily when we are not home, he needed to plan the power washing so that he could clean the patio, allow it to dry and return the next day to seal it. To date, there have been many opportunities that weather would have allowed **** to pressured washed the patio and return the next day to seal it. We have not seen or heard from **** with B & D or from **** with ***** remodeling. We want the cement pressured washed and sealed as the estimate states and the aluminum wrapping replaced. We expect done in a timely manner as we have waited long enough for this job to be completed!Business response

I have received the email. I have talked to ***** Construction and they will get to wrapping the post. We will do your job but I stated before it needs to sit and dry before I seal it. That was an issue last time we talked. You have to keep your dog off of it after power wash it and seal it 24 hours. If this is acceptable we will do this week. Thanks for your time.Customer response

Our complaint against B & D Concrete has been resolved. B & D has sealed the patio and reimbursed us for the cost of having the aluminum wraping replaced on the pole they damaged.If there is anything additional we need to do regarding this ****er please let us know.
