This company is racist and extremely rude and doesn’t like kids. The main guy that had to be a supervisor was so rude and disrespectful not only to customers but to the new employee that he was training the poor new guy looked so embarrassed and nervous to help us after getting yelled at and rushed to hurry up. The supervisor had us leave because he stated the hotel policy doesn’t allow more then two children on the premises, and this not teenagers these were babies looking forward to swim but the man stop us before we could go swimming.Review from V. arrived 7/29/2022. departed 8/1/2022. paid $323.74 each for 2 rooms = $647.42 total. Ice cold pool. Additional room was for family(blind child & disabled parents) to have disabled suite. Computer didn't have an operating system. The name card behind desk said "Manager Bob Patel". But my receipt says "checked in by gm". Complained to individual. He repeatedly lied. "it's 82 degrees". "It's a room temperature pool." It'll warm up later in the day", etc. During the stay I check the pool 5-6x, it was always cold. Family used the pool and had purple lips. It was heartbreaking. We only have an annual family reunion. I could've paid a lot less for a motel room without a pool. I called Choice, once spoke w/ Jell, then Jason. Heider offered 5000pts (approx. $10). No help. Stated that businesses are individually owned. Today Joshua called & gave me 1200pt. which is a couple of dollars. 8,000 points for $25 giftcard. Relax Inn on S. Dixie is $250/week. We could've went there or any number of other places. The compensation for breaking my trust in Choice is unacceptable. Manager lying is totally outrageous. I tried to find a different place and everyone was booked. So sad. My son was in from Korea. I'm retired vet
