      Signed a contract with knights restorations on March 19 2022, for roofing,siding,gutters,downspouts. Gave **** ****** 6,500 down payment on March 19,2022. May 24,22 came out and did the roof, had issues with it that was never taken care of, same day paid the 6,250 for the roof. We were told siding on back order would be here in August that never happened and Sept 2022 till now told us each month siding would get done hasn't happened texted and tried to call no response. Then in march got a hold of him said it would be completed in April 2023 still no siding or **** ****** around. Will not return call or text.

      Purchased a siding and window job in June of 2022. The job was $17,000. Paid half of the money up front. Was told the job would be done while there was still warm weather. (no later than August) I called several times in late July and then again in mid to late August and was just given the run around about how he had people quit and was behind. Still nothing in September. I explained multiple times that I heat my house with a pellet stove and the stove couldn't be hooked up until the siding was done. Also needed home security installed on my windows which couldn't be done until the new windows were in. I ended up having to spend $700 to buy an alternate heating source because I couldn't use my pellet stove. Called repeatedly and just kept getting excuses. He finally sent someone to do the siding and they didn't finish completely. I have 2 awnings on my house and they didn't tighten them down. I contacted them multiple times because these were blowing against my new siding. Was told multiple times it would be fixed. Finally they both broke completely. After threatening to get a lawyer, he sent someone to do the windows. The MOMENT the windows were done, he called wanting the rest of his money. I told him that it was going to cost over $1,500 to replace the awnings. He stated I could withhold that amount and that he would send someone in a few days to finish the trim and straighten a window that is completely crooked. No one ever came. Now 1 of my awnings has ripped completely off my house. I have sent pictures of all of the problems and he still won't call me back. It has been the worst experience ever. He has told me over and over that he isn't taking on new jobs, I know for a fact he is because I had someone call and pretend to get an estimate. His own installer told me he was using my and other peoples money to buy stuff and then can't pay people or doesn't have the money to buy other materials. I am worried that I will never get the lifetime warranty I paid for on this siding and windows . I want resolultion

      November 15, 2021, I signed a contract with Knight Restoration (**** ******), To install a metal roof and gutter system. He was given half the money as a down payment. I, have had nothing but excuses from Mr. ******, as to why the work can on be started, ie.. to cold, to hot, one roofer moved due to son passing away, hiring another crew. Crew that was hired worked for other companies and have to wait for them to catch up. In August of 2022, Mr. ******* sent me a letter of intent and it states that if the work was not completed on or before October 15, 2022, he will refund my deposit. This has not happed He keeps saying his workers are worried about not getting paid, paying his people is not my problem, he pays his workers. There has been 3 or 4 different sets of workers on my roof at different time measuring the roof. He called me on October 12, 2022, he stated the worker that moved was back and at my house to get a parts list , He stated before it will take 4 or 5 days to complete my house, I told MR ****** that I was going to stay with his Letter of Intent, that if the roof could not be complete by October 15, 2022, not to start just return my deposit as stated in the letter and we would be done.

      They never finished the work.if they don't finish I might as well get a refund.there is a very small piece keeps falling down.I paid them for vynil siding.they left a piece sticking out.the trim is not finished at all.and they will not answer me.I hate filing this but they gave me no choice.I have been very kind and patient with them overall and they know it. Thank you

      I hired them to do a siding job there siding guy responded. Said he was going to come out and finish the job.now I can't get a hold of them its not finished. I don't understand why, its almost done looking real good.but it is no value if its not finished. I'm easy,I have been real patient. I just want it finished. I can't afford to have someone else finish I don't even like to complain I just want it finished

      I hire knights restoration to do my siding on my house they completed my siding and it started the fall off so I’ve been trying to contact Jeff Gibson to come out and repair my siding because it has a lifetime warranty for any damage he will not return my calls he will not text me he won’t show up I paid $6800 to have my house restarted and it’s falling off. This has been going on for about 2 months now.

      Our company did in fact install brand new vinyl siding to Miss ****s house. She made me aware that a piece of siding on the back of the house had come loose on the top row. She reached out to me to let me know and I explained to her that as soon as we could we would come back out and fix that piece of siding. I also explained to her we have one siding crew and to make it more efficient we would send them out when we were in her area. She at that time was fine with that. As we have experienced in the past, apparently she changed her mind. And wanted it done sooner. That’s when it became a problem. I assured her that it would get fixed. I then put her in contact with my installer for them to set something up for the repair. I even drove to Miss ****s house after she began to get anxious over the repair and once again let her know my crew was extremely behind in work and working a couple hours away from her house. Once again she was fine for a few days. I assured her That piece of siding was not going to cause any damage to her home and we would get it fixed. When it didn’t get fixed on her timeframe she called me and threatened me with letting me know she would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. She also let me know that if we were not there on a specific date and had this piece of siding fixed she would be filing a complaint. I had my installer skip a day at the other job to fix her piece of siding and she still filed a complaint after we satisfactorily fixed the job. I feel our company handled this very professionally. But, unfortunately no matter the circumstances, the customer seems to always be right!

      The guy that fix my siding didn’t miss a day of work from another job. He came out to my house on a Sunday to fix it. Only took him 10 mins. He said pryer to coming out he was at swim meet with his grandkid. He said he took so long because u owed him money and wasn’t working for u until u paid him

      I signed a contract on January 24, 2022 for removal of old gutters and downspouts and for the furnishing and installation of continuous gutters and downspouts as well as the furnishing and installation of 5" rain filter gutter guards. The contract also stated that the company would repair and replace wood on damaged soffit. **** ******, the owner, came to my home and observed it was a brick 2 story home with a metal roof. The contract price was $2,550. I gave a check for the down payment of $765. I contacted the company on April 20, 2022 to inquire about the status of the job as it had been almost 3 months waiting for work to commence. I was told the work would start of April 22, I was contacted by a person that said they were affiliated with Knight Restorations. This person wanted to know if I had facias. I took photos and emailed them. I never heard back from the company. I called again on May 3. **** ******, the owner, said the crew would come on May 4. The crew came on May 4 and stated that they could not do the job because I had a metal roof, and they do not install gutters on metal roofs. Also they stated the entire facia would need to be torn off and a new facia installed. Also they said they job could not be done with a ladder and a lift would be necessary. I immediately contacted **** ****** and expressed my concern about the feedback I got from the crew. When the contract was signed, **** saw that I had a 2 story home and that I had a metal roof. No mention was made of replace the entire facias. **** said he would get back to me about the extra cost involved. I never heard back from him. I called and left a message asking for the return of my deposit. I also sent a certified letter to **** requesting return of my deposit . I did finally get a check this week and deposited it. However, my bank informed me the deposit was reversed because of insufficient funds. I would like a certified bank check for $765.

      BBB took response by phone from the business.

      I sent a a cashiers check by mail on Friday June 10th. It was a full refund of a special ordered product I'm now stuck with.

      Knight Restoration was hired by my boyfriend and I on December 30th, 2021, to put gutters on our home, we signed a contract with Mr. ****** and gave him a deposit, we then decide to hire Mr. ******'s company to put our roof on as well, they were to put on the roof and then his cutter guy was to follow up right behind them, the roof crew showed up and started on January 13th and didn't finish until January 15th, then his cutter crew was supposed to come in right behind them, At the end of the roof job we paid Mr. ****** for the roof and the rest of them money owed on the new gutters, Sense then we have only heard from Mr. ****** twice and that is when we have called and informed him we wanted a full refund and will take legal action if need to retrieve it, He came up with excuses of being out of town all the time, ( I guess his cell phone only works locally ) So i informed Mr. ****** he had till 5 P.M. today ( 01/07/22) to refund us our money or we was filing a complaint and suing him for it, And would leave our experiences with him and his company on here and anywhere else that we can. As you can guess we have not received a refund. If you research this company, you see it is a pattern with them, avoid any business with them!!!

      BBB called business and took there response by phone.

      I mailed the consumer back there deposit. It was sent by certified mail and the consumer received it on Monday February 28.
