Today they just installed a new heating and central air unit in our house. Freddy who installed it did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable in answering any questions that we had. The units works perfect. Hands down , the best service I’ve ever received from an HVAC company. I would recommend them ( highly) to anyone who wants top notch service at a great price. I wouldn’t think about using any other company. Viking All The Way !!!!

Just had Viking install a new high efficiency furnace and A/C unit. We couldn’t be happier. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, neat, and very professional! My garage was cleaner after they left than it was before they arrived. Freddy and Chris were also very conscientious as they straightened and realigned “tie ins”. Our School had a triple Mini-Split system installed and during the second cooling season it developed a leak coming from one of the lines in the drain system. Upon taking off the cover I saw where the leak was coming from. The drain lines were duck taped together and leaking from this connection. I called and spoke to Britney who said a tech would come out to check on my problem. I got a text telling me someone would be coming out. The tech (Jamie) never showed. I have left six voice mails and even called Jack Smith the Owner who bid the system initially. Britney did call me after calling the owner and leaving a voice mail. I got the runaround from her, saying someone would call me to definitely look at the leak. I left a couple more voice mails, and they will not return my calls. Service after the sale is nonexistent from this company and now I have to find someone else to fix what I know is an installation error, duck tape on a drain line. There are two more ac units on the same system, I wonder if they are duck taped also. My bet is yesReview from Randy B

Our 20 plus year system quit working on the coldest day in February. I called Viking heating and air on a recommendation from a friend to come out and give us a quote on a new system. They came out promptly and the quote was reasonable and competitive. They were able to install our new heating system the same day we received the quote and installed the air conditioning unit the following day. We would highly recommend their services.Review from Dale J

We had a major HVAC project to do on our home. It involved changing the ducting from the tile in the slab to the attic. The job was far from easy, especially with the low roofline to deal with. The team from Viking were hard working , conscientious , and professional. They were also very neat throughout the entire job. We had a High Efficiency Tempstar furnace and central air units installed.It is not truly cold outside yet but the difference in our 16x24 always been chilly family room is remarkable. Viking moved the location of our cold air return to a place that gives our house much better circulation. We are thrilled with the product , service , and very competitive price we have received. Thank you Mr Smith and Viking installers.
