      I bought a couple Huffy kid's bikes, 12" and 16", and both of them were quite literally the worst bikes I've ever seen. I even exchanged them and the exchanges had all the same problems so they are definitely not up to Federal Safety Regulations. I contacted them before the warranty timeframe ended and then they spent over a month literally wasting time and sending irrelevant emails and even closing one of the warranty tickets. Yesterday I got a reply after quite some time and they tried to tell me my warranty is now expired, attempting to get off the hook like I'm an idiot who doesn't know anything. I know very well what they're trying to pull is illegal and a breach of contract, so I figured I'd cover this base along with some others.

      They were about to refund me and fulfill the warranty contract yet they intentionally delayed response until they thought they could get out of it by claiming it was now out of the time limit.  There's no other reason why they would ask for the receipt in response to my demand for a full refund.  Ive reported these bikes to the CPSD and will now be filing a complaint with the FTC and then filing a lawsuit for the breach of contract

      The bike is less than 1 year old and still under warranty. It’s virtually impossible to get this company to respond to the video and pictures submitted. I get an E6 error on the controller. I have sent 6 emails in addition to the video and pictures they requested!

      I am rejecting this response because:  what they responded with was exactly what they said a month ago. I have removed the battery, checked the continuity of the interface cable between the monitor and the EBike’s drive unit. Reassembled the unit and the problem continues with an E6 error on the monitor after riding about a mile.

      I bought a nishiki (made by huffy) from Dick’s Sporting Goods on June 2, Dick’s Sporting Goods has a 24 hour return. Unfortunately, I was not able to take the bike out until June 6 after 2 miles of riding the bike with pedal assist and throttle control. The motor stopped working. The battery would power on and the display with power on but there was no pedal assist nor is there throttle emailed the company over the last three weeks trying to resolve the issue. They keep asking me to send them videos. I keep on sending them videos of the bike not working. It seems like they’re just trying to give me a runaround so I’m not able to file a claim with my credit card resolution to either get my bike fixed or a new bike as Dick’s Sporting Goods referred me to the manufacturer as there is a two-year warranty on the bike .

       arraigned with Dicks sporting goods to look at the bike for free and they current have it in their bike shop once I get a diagnostic report I will send it to you. I don’t know how much clearer I can be the motor does not engage no matter what setting the assistance is on nor with the throttle. If I get the bike back I will provide you with their report.       Note Dicks sporting goods gave me a new bike after I took the non functional one to get fixed. Huffy reached out to really help only after bbb complaint. Hope the new bike has no problems

      We purchased a huffy CR8-R minibike on April 15, 2023, and when the bike arrived, it did not work. It would not turn on and it would not charge. We immediately contacted Huffy and it took them two weeks to send us a controller. We installed the part and the bike still does not work. We have been going back-and-forth with Huffy customer support trying to get, the issue resolved. We tested the battery and it reads 0 AC volts. Huggy support stated the next step would be to send a battery, but they are out of stock and it could take several months. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! We would like a replacement Bike sent to us and we will happily return the defective bike. We have already wasted four weeks of our time trying to get this resolved and we are not willing to wait any longer. We would either like a full refund or a replacement Bike sent out asap.

      We bought an electric motorcycle for our son in September. It came with a bad battery. They sent a whole new bike, same problem. Battery didn’t work at all. They sent another battery. This time, it works, but only for a couple of minutes at a time. Won’t hold a change. Website says battery life is at least one hour. I sent them a message several weeks ago and have heard nothing. Even though their contact info says they will respond within a couple business days. We just want a battery that works like it is supposed to. We spent $500 for a toy that our son can’t even use.

      I would like to keep this case open until we find out if the part they send out fixes the problem.  I told them that this will be the second time they have sent us a controller and the last time it did not fix the problem.  I am skeptical that this will resolve the problem, but told them I would be willing to try the same part again to see if it works.

      I am disappointed that you have closed the case.  Huffy sent us the wrong part and our electronic motorcycle is still not functioning.  So when they send the correct part, if it still doesn’t work, what is the next step?  Do I open another complaint?  Because they have already sent this part once and it didn’t fix the problem.  This has been an ongoing issue since September and I don’t know what else to do.  I bought a product from them that has never worked the way it is supposed to and after almost 8 months, they still haven’t been able to correct the problem.

      I purchased a Huffy cruiser 04/08/2024 on 04/09/2024 I was on my way to the dollar store when I was approaching the RR tracks my bike pedal flys completely off of the bicycle. Now this bicycle is brand new. I was told my my physical therapist that bike riding would be good excise since my accident. I have a broken neck. I'm disabled. I brought the bike back and got another huffy this time I got the multi speed bike. Well I purchased this one on 04/18/2024. There is so much rust on the gear cable and brakes is unreal the chain finder is bent the Left pedal looks like it needs a spacer. I'm heading to the store this morning and the whole thing locked up and the Left pedal flew off. Now as I've said I'm disabled w/ a broken neck. I don't drive a vehicle. This is my livelyhood. I spent 402.00 sticker price. But the aggravation and manufacturer malfunctioning on these bikes huffy has manufactured is dangerous. I'm asking for a brand new Huffy of equal or more value. If not I will be forced to take legal action. I could have been severely injured thanks to huffy and poor manufacturing.

      I bought their bike from Walmart for a Christmas present for my son. He road it 10 times at most and within that time the chain broke. Did not complain just got a new chain now the tire is of and the fram seems to be bent. I’ve sent the pictures and videos of the bike. And they are wanting to take my time and money to go to a bike shop to see if it’s the frame or if the tire is off center. I work 60 hr a week and do not have the time to do this. I wan them to refund my money or send me a new bike. Since the bike I got was clearly a faulty product regardless of why the tire is off.

      I bought a Huffy bicycle in the beginning of October 2023. Took it out for a ride 2/4/24, everything was great. Went out the next morning, and the rear tire was flat. Replaced the tube, and upon inflating it immediately popped again. Upon inspecting the wheel a little closer, I discovered the rim had a crack, and the rough spot from that had torn the tire and tube. I called them 2/7/24, told them the issue, they said they'd send the parts out and they'd be to me in 7-10 days. It's 13 days later now, they're not here, and Huffy won't process a reorder for the parts. I've called twice more, both times I've been assured it'll arrive by the end of day, only for the end of day to come around, and no parts. Still not here. During the most recent call, I was told that the order didn't even ship until 2/15/24, already a day into the arrival window I was given. I spent a couple hundred dollars on a bike that was rideable for about 4 months. Huffy has dealt in bad faith from the start, and I'm sure will continue to do so.

      I've been in contact with the business, they've made noises about shipping a new bike, but will not provide tracking information, and I do not believe they've shipped it. That also doesn't help me now, since the last shipment from huffy took two weeks. I've requested a refund, the company has refused it. I bought this bike to commute to work, almost exactly 5 miles each way. I'm still walking, so huffy has failed.

      Huffy has sent a bike in an unrideable condition. I'm expected to pay for assembly and be reimbursed. This company has shown bad faith in every aspect of this situation, and I have no reason to expect them to actually follow through on reimbursement, as they've not even followed through on communication. Supposedly *** ****** is checking on a refund for me, though it's been more than a week since he's communicated anything about that. This situation is still unresolved.

      Huffy has sent me two orders of the wrong tires. I have communicated this to them, they have not given a response.

      Huffy has not offered to pay for assembly, they've offered to REIMBURSE for assembly, which is a different matter entirely, considering the lack of faith with which they've handled this situation and the lack of honesty they've shown in their communications with BBB.

      I purchased a bike to ride to work. I've been trying to get this resolved since February 7th. So far I'm still walking. At this point, financial restitution is the only acceptable resolution.

      We acknowledge that we have made some errors in servicing Mr ******'s request for help. There was an initial delay in shipping the parts and then incorrect parts were delivered to him.

      However, we have done the following to assist:

      - Shipped and delivered the correct parts to Mr ******.

      I bought an open box huffy eversic without the charge cord for the battery. Can’t get it anywhere but huffy. First time I called I was told to call back in a month they might have some in stock. Second time after a long wait I finally got through to someone who was helpful and concerned about my issue. Had to call back to order the part a half hour later and rep told me I would have to email tech support she couldn’t help me. Called today twice. First time rep told me she couldn’t help me I would have to talk to tech support. Called again half hour later and was told the support staff were in a meeting u would need to call back. This whole journey started around the 12th of Jan. My first. My initial calls for two days several times a day… were answered with a recording that huffy was off for the Christmas holidays and would return after Christmas. On Jan 12th. This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. And I assumed… hey it’s huffy of course they’ll help. Save one , the employees are the rudest, most apathetic people on the planet. Don’t ever ever buy a huffy product. I still have a 1500 dollar bike I can’t use because I can’t buy a 30 dollar charge cord from them. It’s the 17th of January and I’ve been trying every day. How do they stay in business?

      I talked with ********* and he supposedly ordered the part for me. I was charged 49.00 on my debit card…. I specifically asked for a receipt to be emailed to me so I had documentation of the payment and something to have in the very likely case this would be mishandled.  Today I left three messages for ********* with no response as to why it wasn’t free since that’s what y’all are telling the BBB , why I have no receipt or documentation and I have been charged * **** sure quick taking my money though with no hope for the part, no proof of the order , nothing. I have been charged 49 dollars, have not gotten a receipt, and the part darn sure was not free, which as a  a owner I would have done for my customer that has had such a nightmare. More of the same which now includes taking my money and lying to the BBB. Thanks Huffy.

I opened it up only to find out it’s not the correct fitting for the battery on the E versic bike I have.  Please help. I don’t have the money to pay Lyft or Uber to take me to work for another week. I spent it all on this bike and the money I paid for the charger. Please help. An acceptable response for me is to overnight me the correct charger so I can get to work . I have spent all my money.       I have made 2 previous complaints against Huffy and even then it took them 30 days and multiple failed attempts to get the right part to me. I bought a huffy versic ebike and its the worst decision i have ever made. I am rebuilding my life from the ashes of deep tragedy and I was so excited to get this bike which retails for almost 1600 dollars the issue is that I need a controller for the bike which is basically the computer for the bike which by the way has less than a 100 miles on it and the most important part of the bike fails. I was so upset when it happened not because i couldnt afford the part or couldnt replace it, but because I knew i would have to deal with huffy again. what a nightmare it is to try to get anything from these people. so i decided to let my past experiences not cloud my opinion or outlook on this order. maybe its gonna work out and the last time was just a bad experience for everyone. willing to give them the benefit of the doubt I placed an order for my controller on 3/11. was told 7 to 10 days to arrive. these people just lie through their teeth and dont take my word for it here are the facts. on 3/14 i called to ask why i have no tracking number. was told they would call me back that they would talk to shipping. no call and i didnt expect anybody to actually call and they didnt disappoint. my God i dont know how they stay in business. 3/15 no call back so i callled back. same story . we will call shipping. 3/18 in the morning....oh our shipping is changing buildings but we will call them and call you back and update you . in the afternoon I called back again....they said well we havent heard back from shipping. HOW FRIGGIN LAZY IS THAT? WHY CANT YOU TRY TO DO SOMETHING FOR A CUSTOMER BESIDES MAKE A DAMN EXCUSE? today 3/19 the part still has not shipped and i still only have a vague lie to hold onto about waiting to hear back from shipping. tomorrow is 10 days it hasnt shipped and not a damn person in the company gives a crap.

      I have gotten 2 huffy inclined within a matter of not even 4 months and both bikes have torn up. I returned the first one with issues of the crank shaft not staying tight and the gears tore up. Now here I am with huffy incline number 2 and its crank shaft is already coming loose and I haven't even had it for 3 weeks yet. This is a very serious and dangerous situation. What should I do about this problem? I got both bikes from academy sports in collierville, TN.
