• Start Skydiving accepts cash payments as well as all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Checks of any form and money orders are not accepted.

• All payments prepaid prior to the date of use are completely nonrefundable with no exceptions made whatsoever. Any payments made prior to the date of use will remain on the customer's account until used or for five years from the date the payment was originally paid, whichever comes first.

  Any amount paid may also be transferred to another another customer's account for a $25 transfer fee. The amount paid must be used to purchase the same service as was originally paid for online.

  If not used within five years from the date the payment was made, the funds will be removed from the customer's account and no longer be available for use.

  After one year from the date the payment was originally paid, any discounts applied to the price that was originally paid will no longer be available and the full retail price difference must be paid in full upon arrival on the day that the customer wishes to use the previous amount originally paid.

  Only payments made onsite may be refunded for any reason whatsoever prior to being geared up. However, once geared up, any and all payments are considered used and no longer refundable. 

  Partial or full refunds for video and photo services may be issued depending on the severity of the issue with the video or photos that resulted in poor image quality, short video length, or small photo quantity.
