An outdoor wood boiler furnace we purchased on 11/24/2017 which cost 7,900$ sprung a leak and no longer works. The company promised a warranty. We did take water up to be tested and called multiple times to check on the test and no-one would ever discuss a test result or if a test was ever even done. We have called multiple times since the leak occurred (approximately 3 weeks ago) to request repairs gratis or for the company to reclaim the boiler and refund the money so we can purchase from another company. The company does not return calls and when they are reached by us often someone says they must talk to a supervisor and noone returns the call. We would like a refund because the company does not return calls and appears unwilling to talk to us we no longer want any products from this company we would like a refund. We do not want to seek legal action however if we must we will because almost 8,000 is too much money for what is functionally a giant lawn ornament at this point.Business response

Trail Plumbing is currently working on repairing the Outdoor Boiler and resolving the issue with our customer.
