Last summer, I was forced to pre-pay for my sons prosthetic with the company telling me the insurance had denied the claim. I paid $3,303.20. Then the insurance approved the claim because the company had filed it wrong the first time so the insurance reduced my amount due to this company at $2,014.97. I learned about this in august 2022. My refund should then be $1,288.23. I have been requesting my refund ever since this time. After more than 20calls and several emails the company called in April 2023 to inform me a claim from 2020 had never been paid but that they had mailed me the remaining $300. First, I have received no documentation about said failed 2020 claim and second I never received this check either. I know for a fact this company has lied and cheated me. They’ve stolen $1,288.23 from me. This company is corrupt and needs to be shut down immediately. My insurance called demanding my refund in March 2023 but the company had then been waiting to process another claim. (Children go thru prosthetics at a fast rate and I was unaware of this companies theft before getting another prosthetic.)

My Niece requires braces to be able to walk and stand. Without braces she falls repeatedly. In December of 2021 we went to their ******** **, office, As of this date which is March 13, 2023 we have not received both braces. They would promise to call but did not, We made trips over there. They would loose measurements and would have to do things all over again. This happened repeatedly. They do not communicate with each other or the customer. Just want them to get the final brace back so my Niece can have physical therapy. After taking her old brace and shoe over there 2 1/2 weeks ago and not hearing from them, I called them. Got a new story today. The shoe and brace had been shipped to a man in Wis. But she couldn't give me.any information because my Nieces file would not come up !! Of course I got the usual, "I'll call you back" when I can get this computer fixed !! Really, Just want my Nieces braces back. It is a miracle she has not broken a hip. Her physical therapist has stopped coming because she falls due to not having her braces. I will never, ever deal with this company again. I really didn't want to give them even one star, I give them F- ..

      In response to claim ********

Thank you for reaching out regarding this complaint. We were shocked to receive this as we thought things were mended. We received this letter on March 20, 2023.

We have seen this patient since the complaint was made, patient came in on March 16, 2023. At that time, we were able to deliver the patients device along with not charging for it. Everyone left happy and were glad to have everything resolved. We donated time and product to help accommodate this patient as we understand financial hardships and being mobile.

In regards to the issue we were having with this aunt. She was explosive and verbally abuse to staff in her local office. This meant that communication had to come from another office starting in November of 2022. She was given a contact that would stay in touch until this issue was resolved.
We are unsure what else we could have done to make this a more pleasant experience for them.
