I left a negative review of Hills and Dales Vet Clinic and was contacted by them via email to immediately to remove my review or they would not be able to treat my dog for her appointment. I replied and said my review was honest; my previous experiences were good but the one the day prior I was given false information. Several more emails back and forth all ending with "We are happy to see your pet but will be unable to do so if the negative review is not removed by 6 pm today". To say I was disappointed and shocked is an understatement.

Dianna, You declined a scheduled doctor examination for your pet who has not been to our practice in over a year. You were offered an urgent care same day examination and declined it. Instead, you dropped off a urine sample and received a phone from our practice explaining the urine sample was abnormal and that per veterinary medical licensing laws, your pet needed to be examined by our doctor a minimum of once every 12 months in order to be treated. You were offered a doctor examination within 24-48 hours and then proceeded to post negative reviews about our practice prior to the doctor examination. A valid client-doctor-patient relationship is built on trust and mutual respect so our office requested you kindly remove the review prior to the doctor examination. You said you did not know how to remove the review so our office provided you with the link and instructions for removing the review. Your pet was scheduled for a doctor examination the next day and you cancelled the appointment via email less than hour before the examination. You then posted another negative review the next day. You have received your pet's records via email so you can contact another veterinary service provider.
