I have to call Knox County Transist for a pick up. if they don't show I have to call again. When they do take us say to a store sometimes I have to wait 2 hours for them to pick us back up. When we call ahead a time they tell us there are no buses available., they are all booked up. Then when we get on the buses they are empty. We don't understand why they actlike they are totally busy all the time. Complaint : The way they treat people,. To treat people with respect & dignity they deserve To be contacted by the business for an apologee & explain how they are to schedule rides.
