They claim the gun is repaired havent returned the gun back to me. Tryed to send emails,all returned, phone is always busy, mail box full. The check # ***, was cashed on 7-10-2024, they claim the gun was repaired,paid them no GUN.Business response

I sent an air gun (Benjamin model 137) to be rebuilt and cleaned. the date on the invoice is *********. they supposedly did the work and notified me the were sending it back to me. I received a package of parts that were supposed to be shipped to someone in Calif. I had to notify them and they had to go back out to the shop, hunt around for the gun and try again. that time I got the gun back. They charged me 100.00 plus 16.15 for shipping being completely incompetent. The gun still did not work properly and when I called them about it was told I didn't know how to use it and the gun was fine, I've had that gun 40 years and know how to use it!! I've been stewing over this for the last 10 months and finally sent the gun back to the place I bought it, ********** who fixed it properly. they informed me several of the parts that were supposedly replaced had never been touched and a couple that were replaced were done so with the wrong parts. *** is sending the old parts to me along with a statement of what they needed to do to fix it and stating that the parts were never replaced. I'd like an apology and my money back from Baker, they were completely unprofessional and incompetent to me. Just for your information *** charged me 60.00 shipping included.
