The company's shipping terms on their shipping page are misleading. I ordered the products under the impression that UPS or USPS would be the delivery service used as promised on their shipping page. The order was split into two shipments, one using UPS and the other using Amazon Logistics. UPS package arrived fine. The one using Amazon Logistics never arrived even though it was marked as delivered "Package delivered near the front door or porch." I live in an apartment with Luxer One boxes and UPS, Fedex, and USPS have no problems using them. Amazon Logistics hires drivers without experience to deliver in their own personal vehicles and that's why I do not use them. When I submitted the problem to customer service they did not respond. I also asked if they have access to whether or not the Amazon delivery driver took a picture of the delivery or if they can get the actual GPS when the driver scanned it but got no answer. When I wrote a review on their product page about them using Amazon to deliver they refused to allow it to be posted. Their shipping policy is misleading and they need to update their shipping page. The customer makes a good point that we did not update our terms of shipping when the order was placed. However, UPS and USPS shipping options have not been part of the drop down menu options when selecting shipment form for over 1 year. The shipping terms page has since been updated.
We have no record of the customer attempting to contact us, so I cannot comment on that piece. We reached out to the customer today, 10/5/2022 to offer a full refund on the product that was not received and we are waiting to hear back from the customer.

I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. Shipping terms were updated and I appreciate the transparency of Muscle Feast.
