November 2022 purchased power washer used twice in 2023 in 2024 it broke from water pressure break in cheap poor design and material. Company says store isn't certified dealer store won't honor warranty and in fact said since they no longer carry them they're not responsible and I need to go to a store that carrying them for a refund. ******* ain't it. Also the part number is even in question by the manufacturer and a employee of store even said they had to get rid of the product because who they were getting them from was a little sketchy. Yet they refuse to do absolutely anything to make things right with us . Nearly 300 dollars and still under warranty and nobody will do a **** thing. So if you don't help me I'm going to divert way more than 300 away from there store with just bad word of mouth and any other means of communication I legally can to steer customers away from these crooked peopleCustomer response

I've been unable to locate the paper work for the warranty, however it is stated right on the manufacturers website that all green works products are given a 3 year warranty from the day purchased from them directly or from a certified dealer. So I have proof of that and I have proof that adv outdoor at the time of our purchase was a certified dealer. They are saying that now that they are not certified they don't have to honor the warranty. But they sold it to me when they were . Also you have that I didn't provide a part number but I did in one of the photos I sent previously.This whole thing is the dumbest situation I've ever seen . They sold me something that failed to work properly and won't do anything about it and I'm the one having to do all of this work , with writing and searching for papers and listening to dumb suggestions like go to another store where I didn't buy it and ask them for a refund. Or that since they no longer sale the product they ain't responsible. It's like I'm in stupid world or something but I know when it was bought, where it was bought I know I had a warranty for more than what is needed and I know the thing wasn't abused and only used 3 times and it broke and I get nothing. That comes to 100 dollars I paid for each use 3 of em and done it's broken and I'm out 300 bucks and that's not right and complete bs that these people are just going to get away with it .Business response

The customer came in stating they recently purchased a GREENWORKS/2000 PSI Pressure Washer 5106202 from Adventure Pro Outdoors. The customer did not have a receipt and we had to look up the sale of the product. The product was sold in 2022... almost 2 years ago. Per our rules & polices for returns & exchanges, we cannot return the product. The customer was told that we are no longer a certified Greenworks Dealer therefore we would have to reach out to the company to get more information, as I did (shown in attached screenshots). According to someone directly from the distribution company the customer must go to a store that is still considered a certified Greenworks dealer in order for the warranty to work to be processed. The customer was told this several times, but came into our business location calling us thieves and liars - saying we were never Greenworks dealers & we sold him equipment off the street. The statement is entirely false and if the customer continues to speak slander of our business, further action will be taken. We have contractual evidence that we were certified dealers at the time of purchase. Our partnership with Greenworks was a mutual ending. The customer will not be refunded by us and they should seek support from a certified dealer.Customer response

first off who goes to a different store to get refund for something they bought some place else . That makes no sense. 2nd if they were certified dealers when it was purchased that is all that should matter, I don't care what happened after they sold it they should make it right.3rd a lady at green works said that the model number was missing a letter and that they didn't carry the model number on mine and 4rth one of *****'s employees told me that they got rid of green works merch because the guy they were buying them from was , and I said shady and she nodded with agreement. So something isn't right about any of this situation. I don't care what anyone does but when I'm out 300 dollars I start caring.all I want is a refund and it's done and I'll never step foot in that place again not like I would want to anyway.

09/10/2022 - we purchased a 4 person kayak on the 5 mile course. We could not go out due to lightening. They issued us a voucher for another time. We tried to use the voucher to use in the next 12 months. We went this last weekend and was told that Adventure Pro sold Hocking Hills Canoe Livery and we would have to get our money back from them. Adventure Pro is refusing to refund the money and will not take or return my phone calls. I left a voicemail on 08/23 that if they did not call me back I would file a complaint on here. I tried to call again before filing this complaint. Adventure Pro told me on 08/19 that they did have the credit but they will not refund it. Voucher is attached.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:We purchased a trip with Hocking Hills Canoe Livery that got rained out. The voucher attached is for Hocking Hills Canoe Livery not for Adventure Pro. When we went to use it with our group, we were not allowed to use it and had to pay. We will not be doing this activity again as we did not enjoy it (too many people doing drugs, going to the bathroom in the river). We were never notified of the business sale or the need to go to a different company to use the voucher until we showed up.
I feel the lack of communication on the sale is what caused this issue. If I would have known, we would have went to Adventure Pro to use the certificate. We have now paid twice for one event and were promised at Hocking Hills Livery that the money would be refunded (I tried calling Adventure Pro to confirm before buying and the person who answered the phone said you were on the river and would get back to me as this happens all the time). What the person on the phone said matched what Hocking Hills said.Again, I have received no communication that the certificate had to be used at a business different from where I purchased it. Please provide the legal proof that I broke the agreement by going to where I purchased the trip instead of to your business.

I understand you went to the Hocking Hills Canoe Livery this year and had to pay for an experience there. We're sorry you didn't have as enjoyable of an experience as you would have wished. I can assure you Adventure Pro Outdoors offers a completely different outdoor experience than that. I will issue a refund from the purchase you made when the canoe livery was under our ownership, but that will have to be mailed via a check.
The next time you are in the Hocking Hills area, please visit Adventure Pro Outdoors in Nelsonville, OH. We are happy to work with our customers in person & over the phone. I will also give you a $50 voucher to use for a future experience.

I am rejecting this response because: I have nothing left to say. They have met / exceeded the internet reviews of being an awful business that likes to soak people for money.They are showing in these responses they have no desire to listen to my concerns or meet my needs as a customer. They are bullies and deserve every awful review they get.
I have nothing left to say. I have provided copies of everything I have and they still will not take responsibility.
I don't have to be right - I just have to be well.
I will NOT be accepting the $50 voucher. I do not like how I am being treated and will not do business with them.
