Had made an online purchase from esoteric on 4/19/22. I received it on 4/22/22 in a condition not advertised. They kindly sent me a return slip to send the package back. I shipped it back at staples with tracking 1Z3066WY9012765292 confirming it was delivered back to esoteric on 4/26/22 at 4:55pm and received by “********”. I contacted esoteric through Instagram on 5/5/22 at 11:57am and told them I had NOT received the refund yet. They said it “would’ve been processed in a few days” and to contact another department. Today on 5/9/22 I called esoteric directly and was told they would “get to my refund whenever they felt like it” and that “they were busy doing other orders”. I said that was ridiculous and they said “oh well”. Well I didn’t realize my return had offended them so much that they are refusing to refund my my money. I have photo documentation of all transactions and proof of calls, etc.Business response
