I ordered (1) 'The Burrito Blanket' back on 10/30/2022 from The Burrito Blanket's store. I paid the price of $24.99 + $13.12 in shipping costs for a total of $38.11. I received an order confirmation for order on 10/30/2022 at 1:50pm CST, but never received any follow-up emails with shipping confirmation, etc. which was promised to be sent. I sent a follow up email on 11/28/2022 to corporate@officialburritoblanket.com requesting an update but never received a response. To this point, still no communication from the company. I would like the product to be sent via expedited delivery so I can have this before Christmas for my wife (which is why I ordered October 30th!). If that cannot happen, then I want my money back.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pack of blankets from The Official Burrito Blanket for Christmas gifts in October. Phone calls go directly to a voicemail, which I have left many with no response. After the phone call you get an automated text that asks you to respond, which I have also done several times with no response. I have emailed many times to the email provided with no response. I just want what I paid for or my money back.
