This complex has broken SO many laws and has discriminated against many disabled tenants, including myself. I cant even remember how many managers and maintenance have quit over the past few years. The employee turnover says a lot. There are numerous things that just dont get fixed and its so frustrating because the tenants just have to deal with it. The board of health came out numerous times for unsafe living conditions. If you move here, be prepared to see the cops almost daily. They are a permanent fixture in a way. It doesnt matter how many improvements they make with the money they got. They are still ignoring the new air conditioners leaking down the walls. The smoke alarms in the building hallways randomly going off that can be heard in every apt. The appliances not working properly, rain coming in the doors and getting the NEW floors wet. On and on. You have to reapply every year and bc of there being a different manager each yr, the requirements have been different each time. They also surprisingly moved up the due date by months!!! Some disabled people with a Traumatic BRAIN INJURY were kicked out bc they messed up when it was time to reapply. The manager told another tenant(s) that all the women who were kicked out, including the disabled girl, were prostitutes and other insults. Joking about that is not only unprofessional but disgusting and shows how this company is run. They are owned by ******* Communities and there have been lawsuits against them from other properties as well as this complex. That reminds me, in the past at least, they didnt salt or shovel sometimes in the winter so please use caution if you ever visit in the winter.

I have applied for properties over a year ago. I attempted to reach out multiple times and was met with extremely poor customer service every-time I call associates will answer the call, greet you, and then hang up in your face over and over again. I don’t understand why I have been treated this way. I have been seeking a home through this company. I have also sent out multiple emails and got no reply back. This is extremely unprofessional. I’m just a single mom looking for income based housing.

I’ve been told I was at the top of the waitlist for Blacklick community. I was shown the unit and finished my application process. This was 5 months ago, I’ve been emailing ******** *******, I went to the main office and received her email ******** ************ being told she was the hiring up. Never received and email back. I’ve called the office 10 times and they keep answering saying hello and hanging up. I’ve also been texting and emailing ****** R. ******* ******** ************ who told me I would be moving into the unit within 2 weeks, this was a month ago. I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional company in my life. I’m a 21 year old single mother, I just want to have a safe place to call home for me and my 2 year old son.

Wallick Communities does not pay contractors to work for them, have been trying to contact for over a year with no response, they do not have an accounts payable department to speak with, they expect their property managers to be the payables department. They have instructed their property management to just call the next name on the list for service if the first company tells them they are on hold for non-payment. This company owes my company over ten thousand dollars across the board on all their properties we have serviced. I WOULD GREATLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ANY STARS.

Wallick Properties do not pay their vendors. They do not answer their phones or return calls. It is difficult to know who is in charge when it is impossible to make contact with anyone in their office.

I Have requested to hear from someone from corporate HQ.things have been stolenwhile gone, yet no signs of breaking & entering tenant neighbor moved in a year ago, yells outside, is noisy outside in conversations so as to provoke my *** animal to bark on alert then complains about dog (he has said he hates dogs previously)landlord is personal friends with neighbor and says shes not a babysitter and if complaints continue she will have no alternative but to start evicting.same tenant has issues with other tenants and landlord discriminates allowing such tenant privileges and entitlements other tenants are not allowed. tenant neighbor is given permission to landscape around his apartment using noisy equipment excessively that includes mower, edger, weed eater, blowerand chainsaw.when i try to enjoy the use of my backyard patio and garden, many times tenant neighbor has interupted my peaceful use of property and landlord says she doesnt want to hear it, its not her job responsibility and she is not a babysitter so its up for us to resolve it ourself & more complaints will result in writups or eviction proceedings. **** lawyer regarding fair housing act for those with disabilities has informed me that i do have a right under FHA to request reasonable accomidation to move to another unit whichlandlord previously would not allow me that right, but now said to make an appointment to start process. also same attorney said that she must prove my *** animal was not " provoked " to bark and barks excessively without cause. landlord says neihbors complaints about dog are legitimate and she must address any complaint by my neighbor yet he not only provokes my *** to bark but is much louder than my small 7 lb dog could possibly bark. Neighbor yells excessively from the sidewalkto people across the parking lot regularly & uses landscape equipment excessively starting and stopping sometimes to drag out the time of using the equipment. he yells remarks from etc.

I would like resolution & have my right to peaceful quiet use of the permises without verbal harassments by my ************** significant other he lives with. I would like the hired landscapers to be able to handle the landscaping duties because the neighnor uses his equipment far too frequently & in between the times landscapers mow as well as nearby home owners use such equipment as well. I will be putting in request for accomadation under the Fair Housing Act for persons with Disabilities and Hope that no retaliation for doing so will ensue. I only want to stop what i feel is an ongoing harassment from my Neighbors that has lasted a year now and also would like to find a way to be able to have a secure apartment whereby no other items will be stolen nor damaged. so far the cost run to about $200 worth of losses. I cannot afford rental insurance.
