      This company should not be in business!! They are crooks!! They take your money and never finish the work ! Or answer their phone! We had a brand new furnace installed and it only worked for a few days!! Did without heat for a week ! They were no show and would not answer to phone ! We had to hire another company to finish their work ! Bad business!!should not have a star!!

      I am incredibly disappointed in this company. My daughter is in the process of selling her house and has paid on her home warranty for three years. When she had an issue with her furnace before selling the home, insurance company sent out Buckeye heating and air. Twice Kevin came out and tried to convince her. She should just lower the price of the house and let someone else deal with it. He did not measure carbon monoxide level, he did not measure oxygen level. He literally told her he thought the combustion chamber was cracked, but he said it was too dirty to look at it. What kind of response is that from an accredited company? Fortunately, it has been resolved for my daughter through the insurance company as they sent someone else out who actually tested for the oxygen level in the furnace and the carbon monoxide level outside of the furnace. Don’t ever give them their equitation back they do not deserve it.

      This company is bad business. The were called through my home warranty. If I could give them no stars I would. After they came to do the install, in May 2023 they were missing a part. They were to return in a week. No one came. I waited a few months because we didn't need the heat right away. I called in September for them to return and fix the last part. No answer and no call back. I called again and finally got someone. The first appointment was a no call no show. I waited a week and called back, no answer after several attempts finally got someone on the line, they scheduled and showed up. But once again without the proper part. This time He added and removed something not sure, but he ended up messing up the air conditioning and left. when we checked there was water all over the floor. I called them, the man said to the boss I may have or may not have crushed the drain. What kind of mess is that? They couldn't return Friday someone was to come on Saturday. No call them someone was to come on Monday no show. This is October. I am completely unhappy with this company and feel we need our money back.

      DO NOT USE. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company, and the owner (his name can be found on Yelp reviews), completely ghosted us after we used him to work on several of our rental properties. He was paid to replace a coil in our ac system and then ghosted us when we tried to contact him about the unit. We had to pay for another company to come out and inspect our unit only to find out the coil was never replaced and was in terrible condition. We have been trying to contact this guy for MONTHS with no response. We considered small claims court but after a quick search on the Montgomery County Clerk's site found that it would likely be noncollectable do the the large amount of judgements against him. If anyone has had work done by this company in the past I would recommend them having an inspection done by an independent company.

      This company was contracted by my home warranty to install a new compressor and replace my evaporator coils. They managed to replace my compressor, take the money for evaporator coil replacement and never replaced it. They closed up the system and told my wife that all the work was complete. I check it out 2 months later because temperatures are increasing the system is failing again to find out my coils are still my old coils. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.

      My home warranty company assigned Buckeye Air Conditioning & Heating to do emergency repair to an AC that was leaking water in the basement. Kevin got there within his estimated time of arrival. Took him down into the basement. He accessed the situation and informed us that there could be 3 possible causes for the mess that was going on. He found the actual cause and was able to fix things very quickly. It's been 20 hours since he did the repair, and there has been no more leaking. I wouldn't hesitate calling him back for other air conditioning or heating problems.

      I would agree with S.K. assessments. I have stopped directly calling company and using home warranty as the folks to contact them. My hvac system has been down since June, parts arrived early July. Finally the warranty folks called technician to get on books to install parts. The time arrived and went for that install. Called warranty and they will not switch to another technician. I got the same story of truck being down as well. Will update once resolved

      I think the rating posted by Amy S on 6/28/2023 is fictitious. Thus far I am experiencing the same situations as the other 3 reviewers. My warranty company contacted Buckeye AC on Monday, July 3, 2023. A technician showed up unannounced on Thursday July 6, 2023. The technician said he was unable to diagnose the system because the blower motor wasn’t working on the unit. Because his company vehicle was being repaired, he was using his “personal truck” and didn’t have any parts. He collected the deductible and told me he would need to contact the warranty company for approval to order the part for repairs before he could do anything. I never heard anything more until he showed up again unannounced on Tuesday, (after I contacted the warranty company), with the ordered blower motor which he informed me did not work, “straight out of the box”. He promised to return Wednesday morning with a working motor. This is Thursday July 13, and I am still without air and have not heard from BUCKEYE AC. The warranty company called Buckeye and related to me that if the problem wasn’t corrected today, the claim would be given to another contractor. It seems the only time they show up is after a call from the warranty company. If BUCKEYE chooses to respond to this review as unprofessionally as the response they made to A.L.’s review on 6/20/23, that will speak volumes about the company and their integrity. I will review again when or if they complete the work today. I still don’t understand how an “ordered” mother would not be in working order.

      Great service on my heat pump. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed and solved the problem quickly.
