We had purchased a Carrier Infinity 98 gas furnace and a Carrier Infinity 19 Air Conditioner. With this purchased we had extended duct work from the furnace up to the 2nd floor. When I spoke to the salesman he assured me that they would come in and seal the duct work up on the 2nd floor that is in the floor and the ceiling of the first floor and that they would seal the duct work on the first floor and the ceiling of the basement. They had installed the furnace and ac unit on 6/22/22. When we went to turn on the furnace we had an issue there was a error message. We had to call Simpson back in. The tech that came out made the remark that they didn't finish the install right and that they had not vented the furnace so it could breathe properly. He had made another appointment to get the furnace to breathe properly. I have called about 14 times. My husband has even stopped down at there office. We both have left messages for someone to call us back and no one has called us back. You can stand in our bedroom upstairs and put a piece of paper against the duct work and it will go all the way down to the basement. It wasn't even worth the money that we put into having the duct work ran upstairs because you can't feel the cold air or even the hot air. We would like to box this in but we aren't able to do that until we can git this all fixed.Business response

Contacted customer and had covers made for around ductwork penetrations. Made dampers for ductwork and adjusted airflow on system. Verified system operation.
