I went into Buckeye Shooting center to sale my firearm back to them per there policy on there website I had 30 days from purchase to return the item and I would receive 88% of the purchase price and that it would be returned to the card that was used to make the purchase. But when I went into the store they told me that the policy was out of date and it would not be honored even though the website says other wise. They told me they would only do store credit even though the website said it would go back on the card used.Business response

My sincerest apologies for the confusion in this matter. However, what you referenced and continue to reference is an outdated policy that hasn't been in affect since our move to the new facility in Oct 2021. Moreover, and to be quite technical, that company (Buckeye Gun Dealer/EZGunz) is a defunct company and no longer in existence. The move to our new facility brought about a new company, and with it, policies, procedures, and an EIN. Buckeye Shooting Center has never had an 88% buyback program. All of which has been provided to the BBB.
We want to work with you, as that is what the policy is intended for, which is why we offered to adhere to the current (and ONLY) policy Buckeye Shooting Center has for buybacks. I'm not sure if you're viewing a cached page from prior to the switch, but our 100% Buyback program (which is better than the 88% program) is published on our page, and has been for over a year. Please try clearing your web browser cache or viewing the Buckeye Shooting Center web page from a different browser, and that should fix your problems.Again, my sincerest apologies for the confusion here. Our policy is for the 100% buyback program to be used within 30-days. It's well past that now, but I'm willing to offer that to you still. Please let me know how you'd like to proceed.

Since before April of 2022, I have tried to unsubscribe to Buckeye Shooting Center's marketing emails. I've tried to do this multiple times without any success. On 6/9, I called the business to have my information removed, and I was advised they would do so. Yesterday, 6/14, I received another email, so I called to have my whole profile removed. Chris, the employee who picked up the phone, advised me that he would have "IT" look into it. Today on 6/15, I received yet another email from them.Business response
