This photographer did softball pictures on my daughters. The pictures are not edited or the team pictures are not centered. I ordered buddy buttons and she sent me individual. I complete a google review and a Facebook review on her and she blocked me on her business page. I have to reach out to her personal Facebook page that she reads but never responds. I asked for a refund as these pictures are NOT professional quality. She refuses to answer me. A person blocking someone on a business account to cover up reviews is bad business practice. Ignoring paying customers is bad business practice.Business response

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I have submitted the team photos for a reprint this morning and notified the coach that this was done, I also included team pictures for the girls who didn't even place an order the first time due to the inconvenience. The parent did not specify she wanted buddy buttons she marked photo button on the sheet and that is what I printed for her. please see attached re-print and a copy of an order form where the parent specified, they wanted the photo button to be a buddy button. Out of 52 teams 648 kids she is the only one who didn't specify they wanted this to be a buddy button. I provided here quality photos that she ordered. This parent has gone onto social media using profanity against me and my business.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: In her packages she calls them player buttons, the single item section says photo button. Two totally different things. There are more than just my team photos messed up. She didn’t allow parents near pictures so that again is on her. There has never been such an unprofessional person I’ve ever met that wouldn’t try to fix things. It’s not a parents problem she chose to photo over 800 kids. There are way more complaints coming. I want my money back for the pathetic excuse of pictures I received. My team and 4 others have to now pay for retakes by another photographer. There’s another photographer steeping up offering them to the entire league as this “photographer” did a pathetic job.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: as you can see there are more then just one teams photos. There’s a leg in a picture, body’s are cut off. All photos are blurry, other team pictures are off center. Reprinting photos doesn’t justify the poor quality of photos. Most business owners own up to their mistakes and make it right this one however is not. She has an ethical problem and these words come from friends of hers. Who even say she is in the wrong. If you read her responses they are unprofessional just as she is. All of this shows the type of business she is running. There are several more complaints that will be coming in. Her unethical behavior shows in blocking someone from her business page for giving an honest review but because it was a 1 star she got mad. That is another example of how she runs a business. Truth is told is pictures and there are several more available to provide in how horrible her work is. I want my money back. She’s going to have to answer to a bunch more of these. Reviews speak volumes and people are mad. It’s not just softball it’s baseball too. Just do the right thing and give my money back. I have had now 3 professional photographers look at the order form which in fact her own name is spelled wrong on. There is no spot for a buddy button to be marker and it clearly shows two different words from the packaging to the items listed separately. I also have spoke to other parents who marked photo button and for a buddy button. This business is just trying to be unethical. She will go out of business when everything is aired. These photos and conversations will also be sent to news outlets to post and to all places to show her unethical practices.

I am rejecting this response because: the reprints were zoomed in and made even more blurry. This “photographer” has no idea how to do photos. She knows she’s in the wrong and unable to do her job properly for an organization this size which is why she quit. I just want my money back as any paying customer has a right to. No ethical business blocks reviews that truly state the quality of work. There is no reason she isn’t giving money back except the fact she rans a scam of a business and is mad she was reported which is a legal right.
She clearly has no regard from what is right and wrong as she did a bad job, it happens people are human. But it’s not my fault she couldn’t handle it.
Again, I just want my money back for the poor quality of work. When I pay for professional pictures I expect professional photos not ones that look like a child took them.

I am rejecting this response because: and again the team photos are even more blurry than before. She is in no means trying to make this right. She is running a shady business pretending to be a professional. Her actions, her quality of work, and her shown unethical behaviors prove this. Business who act as such don’t remain in business long. She made the mistakes, she should do the right thing and refund the money that is rightfully owed. She is no means runs a legit business and is not by any means a professional.
