      Great example of a terrible owner. The staff may be friendly BUT when a problem arises, owner is unavailable. Had a broken recliner after 2 months. Went by store. Never received a call back. Went by store 3 times before they told me that my phone number was wrong on paperwork. Then repairman was very busy. 3 weeks goes by before he contacts us. After he appeared, we were told the mechanism was faulty. Should not have broken. Had to wait weeks/month for parts. Then had to wait for repairman. Meanwhile after 3 months with broken chair, parts were replaced. We do not have any small children in house or people over 300 lbs. Chair supposed to be good up to 500 lbs. Toke them to court. *** ************************ son or son-in-law is a lawyer. Very convenient for them. All I wanted was a new recliner. At anytime if *** ************************ would have offered to replace the chair, it would have been nice. Very unpleasant experience. I have always believed in helping local businesses in my community.

      Purchased a ******* Catnapper recliner sofa Feb 2024 from **********************s Within 3 months one side started sagging due to mechanical issue They sent a very unprofessional person to look at the sofa and he said that is normal but yet offered the repair the sofa Called to see when they were gonna come for repairs and got unprofessional woman who hung up on me Eventually talked to Mr ********************** who talked down his nose to me like I was a second rate citizen, he said I was refusing to let the repair take place which is a total LIE !!He said repairman made several attempts to contact me which I have proof he tried ONE TIME to contact and never left a voicemail Finally got a call from repairman to set a date and TIME I took off work to meet him at set time he did not show up at set time very unprofessional also Now Im stuck with a junk sofa I had similar issue with a mattress approximately ***** hrs ago with **********************s Did not shop there for many years due to that issue but thought Id give them another chance and purchased several items in the last few years BIG MISTAKE!!!They get your money and forget service after the sale Do not shop there!!!!!!!!

      I purchased a living room set and dinning room set on July 14,2023. I tried to pay with my 717 account I swiped my card and it did not go through it was declined so I know money was in my account because I had used the card the same day somewhere else. So we first thought maybe I reached my limit for the day. So we tried to only do half but it was declined. So I went to 717 credit union and got a cashier's check for the full amount. I took the check to Morgan's furniture about ***** dollars and it was paid in full. The I look at my bank statement and it shows the full amount was submitted and sent to Morgan Furniture. Then it shows it was put back Then withdrawn again.Morgan Furniture states No money came out of my account. So I filed a complaint with 717 credit union. And it shows the full amount was taken out then put back then withdrawn out again. And they are refusing to give me my money.

      I purchased a mattress on February 18 th 2022 they delivered it on February 23 rd the first one that they delivered was crushed on the one side they took pictures and replaced it with another mattress the same day the next one that they brought was dirty or had mold on it once again they took pictures and brought another one. This was all in the same day on February 23 1922 this one was fine. After sleeping on this mattress for about 2 1/2 weeks I noticed a big lump forming on the left hand side where I sleep so I called the company and talked to the owner and said that this was defeated and that I wanted my money back he said you slept on the mattress we cannot give you your money back first we will have to determine if it is defective and said he would send someone out the next day and he did the person came out and took pictures and said he would have the owner call me. I waited a few days and he never called so I called they said he wasnt in and that they would have him call me back he never did. So I called the next day she said he was with a customer and that he would call me back he never did so I called again and she said he hasnt been in the office and I said well I called yesterday and you said that he was with a customer and he would call me back and she said I did. I said yes you did she said Im sorry I will have him call you back he never did still waiting nothing.. I have called my bank and put in a dispute and I also called the manufacturer on April 6 th 2022 they said they would call me or call the store its the end of the day and I still have not heard anything.
