I hired Ashley for a full roof replace in 2017, and in 2020, had to have them return for repair of a soft spot. I tried numerous times to contact with no response. I posted a bad review to ****** that I was going to obtain an attorney, and got immediate response. They came and replaced sheeting that was rotted already, and asked that I be sure to edit my review, guy was *****. Now, experience soft spots and waves on my roof, and also moisture on the inside of my homes cathedral ceilings, thats causing wood warpage and probably mold growing. Had another roof company come to inspect and write estimate. Says its caused by Ashley not applying weather shield 100 percent on the roof and only in the valleys and *****. Said anything under 4/12 pitch requires 100 percent, and mine is 3/12 pitch. So the whole roof needs torn down and rotted sheeting replaced because its holding water.

We replaced Mr. ************ Roof in 2017, He called us in 2020 to let us know there was an issue with warping on his roof as per our policy- we went back and replaced the area of concern at no charge to **************************. He HAS NOT reached out to us again since then. We were unaware of the continuing issue until he filed a complaint with BBB. At this time we will refund ************************** the entire cost he paid us for his roof which is $8600 - How would he like to receive the check ? We can mail VIA Certified Mail.

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I did not call due to previous experience when reaching out and being ignored. Plus, I do not feel comfortable with having them redo the job and/or be on my property.
