On Monday 2/28 I contacted the business as I was interested in trying the ballet class on Tuesday. I paid for the class and I was sent a PDF during the class where it stated that actually the whole thing started in January so they were already 8 weeks in. This was not disclosed by the owner who was very pushy demanding my child to resgister and pay $30 registration fee. On Wednesday I was contacted by the owner giving me a deadline of 9PM to finish registration so my child could have a spot. As part of the registration I had to maintain a credit card so payments could be automatically deducted. However on Thursday, it was mentioned a spring recital and a 75 dollar charge for 4 tickets and a 45 custom deposit which I was not aware. People had time in January to opt out so immediately ask the owner that I wanted to opt out. She replied that is not possible, that the customs were ordered, so I did not have an option. My bank account was charged 91 dollars including those fees. The owner mentioned that the also a reason is that the classes were geared to prepare for that recital, so my child since is not participating, cannot really take advantage and will be discriminated against because she is not participating, I do not want to be obligated to participate in something I did not opt in. ASKING FOR FULL REFUND (I disputed the charges with Credit Card Company) total destruction of any personal and contact information for me and my daughter both digital and physical.
