I had a tree fall in my house April 1. They were there the next afternoon after I had tree removed . They did a good job with the cover up . After calling them several time to get an estimate, I finally thanked to the estimator I was to they charge 10% of the estimate . That’s quite a lot since it would a lot since it would be 3 to 4000 dollars . I have never heard o that much estimate charge .

Mr. ****** called us to remove a tree and secure his property which is exactly what we completed all in one day on Sunday 4/2/23.  Our company had called on 4/5/23 and 4/6/23 to Mr. ****** since the emergency services were completed.  Mr. ****** called on 4/11/23 and advised our project manager that he had two other companies coming out to look at the repairs that would be needed as a result of the tree hitting his home.  Furthermore, the insurance adjuster was out on 4/11/23 and providing an estimate for the repairs.  We use the same estimating software as does the insurance company so as long as the scope of work is the same our price is also the same.  There is no need for us to write an estimate and incur costs if the adjuster and two other companies are estimating the damages. Our project manager also informed him he would be out of the office with limited cell coverage this past Thursday through tomorrow 4/18/23. Mr. ****** was aware of all this and stated once he spoke to the other two companies he would be in touch if anything further was needed.   

Design Restoration did a complete exterior makeover to my home after a terrible wind storm. The crew was professional, organized, and timely! My house looks phenomenal and I am completely ecstatic! I cannot say enough good words about this company and their employees!

If you have Insurance, I'm sure everything is hunky dory. We had a house fire on 3/14/22 @ 3:30 am. In Alliance. The Fire Dept came & put it out. Several hours later DNI came & plyboarded up BR window bottom (2 windows - 1 top & 1 bottom & some nails) A Month later they sent us bill for $ 1232.38!! We called & tried to resolve, but they Demanded at Least $ 500. for their Software!! Ok, the board Or the men Or the gas...OK, But the Software!! Sheesh. We have No money & No Insurance. THEN we get letter saying They know We got the Insurance proceeds & they demand we turn the funds over to them! Wanna play Hardball they say. Called again, said we have no money & no insurance! Would they take $100...ya know, for the board? No! They say. I say we can. come up with $250, that we've been scraping fir drywall,, paint,, mud,, etc. They wanted to know Where we got the Money!! Sheesh. I say it's in cash & we can get it to you in the AM. They say have it here by 9 or deals off! Really people?? We were Victims of an unfortunate disaster. Beware the Meanies & leeches abound. I'm sure it'd be All Rosy if he had had insurance. I can only speak of OUR Experience with with Co. No Thanks. Blessed Be. America Rocks!

We received a call from the fire department at 3 am. We responded at that time to secure the property. 3 employees and 2 trucks. The homeowner was well aware of our costs the night we arrived as he signed our contract. Immediately after finding out that the homeowner did not have insurance we reduced our bill to 500.00. After weeks of waiting to get paid and several conversations with the homeowner, who insisted they could not afford that amount, we lowered our bill AGAIN to 250.00! That doesn't even covered our costs. Our staff worked for free that night! WE did everything possible to help this family in their time of need. From coming to their aid in the middle of the night to reducing our bill. When they came to our office to pay, they even expressed to us how thankful they were for all of our help! This complaint is contrary to every conversation we had with this family.
