      Went to ***** ***** in early August 2021. Met with owner and explained work that needed done, kitchen backsplash. Owner assured me this was no problem, should be an easy job for them. Picked out tile and had tiles ordered to shop. Made a couple more visits to store to talk to owner to coordinate tile sizes and schedule work. After almost three months of waiting they finally came out the last week of October. All that was to be completed was installation of drywall and backsplash tiles. I had done the demolition of tearing out the previous drywall and backsplash. Work was completed on 10/30/21. Tiles were cut in different sizes, majority were placed uneven. Can easily see tiles out of place or sticking out and not even. The drywall used was too thick. The edges are crooked. The wall/tiles are so uneven and messed up that we cannot even put the electrical outlet covers back on because they are not flush. On top of all of this they left a HUGE mess. Kitchen floor, cabinets, and countertops were a disaster, grout all over the place. They also mixed the grout outside on a year old driveway and made an even bigger mess. Grout was splashed all over the driveway, saw dust all over the brick walls and windows. For $1200 and for paying a professional company I was expecting much better work than what I was left with. Took me hours to just clean up the mess. Called owner and he did not have much to offer for help. All he did was blame his worker that did the work. At this point I did not want him or any of his workers to step foot on my property. The backsplash is a huge eye sore and definitely leaves a negative impact on home value. Had to go out and find a new contractor who has to tear out and redo the whole project, costing me even more money.

      I was never a customer of ***** ***** AND they DO NOT have my permission to use my picture nor false review on their web site. They never did. Also I know ******* *****, that picture is not of her and she is an ex employee of ***** *****. She did not give her permission to use her name or false testimony either.

      I recently had to go go this web site for one of our customers. It was quite surprising to see my ****** picture and a false testimony.
      I never was a customer of ***** *****.
